Replace what you sweat out.
Wow this is a strong flavor! Definitely for adults to replace electrolytes sweat out during heavy work outside in the sun! Just drink, tastes better cold or with ice.

NOPE!
i really wanted to like this, especially since there were so many reviews saying that it was so good and because the price compared to the name brand version was so much better, however, it just was not for me. I am postop a knee replacement and have been really pushing fluids and i get easily dehydrated so i ordered this the other night and as soon as i got it i opened it and gulped it quickly....nope it came right back out!!!! The taste is very metallic and menthol if that makes sense. i was so disappointed because it burnt my throat even and i really had high hopes. I put the bottle down and asked my husband and teenager to get a cup and at least try it for me...both of them wouldnt wven swallow it either, they said it was awful and BOTH of them said it burnt their throat when theg went to swallow it. So needless to say i DO NOT recommend this electrolyte replacement drink at all.
