Thank you for this delivery so my love won’t have his bike stolen from work again.

I mainly use it as an extender on a heavier-duty chain that is too short to reachmost bike racks. This one is long enough to go around a light pole, if needed. Someone could probably cut it or pop the lock if they really wanted, however, as a deterrent to theft, it is effective.

I just got it so I can’t speak to longevity, but it didn’t come with a code or directions. For anyone reading this, the code is all 0’s. In order to change the code, open the lock and there’s a small round knob sticking out. Turn it 90 degrees. Set your new code. Then turn the knob back. It’s that simple. Still, it’s very weird and annoying that this info is not included with purchase.

the cover over the lock itself came off the first day I had to buy super glue to glue it back on. And the holder they sent to attach to my bike was designed wrong !!the snap is right next to the combination.if you snap it in the combination is facing the lock !! it's on the same side as the lock !! so if you snap it in you can't unlock it !! I tried every which way on my bike. but you can't because the snap in lock is adjasent to the combination. the snap should be on the opposite side, so you can unlock it once it's snapped in.

have to send it back no instructions scrambled the code before I even knew what to do didn't pay to go research something or they this one's no good so I have to return it and have you replace it I hope you guys make it worth my while I'm not very happy little instructions would help thank you good luck but I don't know yet

Legit got my ebike stolen the day after I bought it because of this lock. They cut right through it. DO NOT BUY
