It's a great mop!!! I was tired of those mops that you get that don't really get your floor clean, but this one does the job! It's really thick and good quality and that's what I really like about it and it has a sturdy handle also and if you do need to replace the mop head you just have to take it off and reorder one!!! I am really pleased with this purchase.

it was easy to attach the mop head and I like the length of the handle so I don't have to bend over to mop. material holds water well and it's easy to wring out.

Needed a commercial mop and this fills the bill. Great size and it does the job!

the mop scrub the floor, but good height not heavy to use.

if you dont hold it a certain way while mopping, the plastic that clamps onto the mop head to keep it attached scrapes the floor with every pass. my wood floors are laminate but i had heavy stones in my kitchen and it scraped them up terrible. you have to have it barely clamped onto the edge of the mop head to avoid that but then the mop head comes off after a few passes.

what i like about the mop is its construction,the long handle,being 5'11 other .op to short for me. i like the feature that i can take off mop head and wash it or for storage. what i dislike about the mop is not able to use like conventional mop where mopping back and forth not able because the plastic mophead grips scatch the floor,but i can adjust to side to side when i mop

It's actually really great besides that the plastic thing that holds the mop head scrapes really badly and scratched my floors…

Never received this item as well and WAL-MART denied me a refund
