Sugaring Paste for Bikini, Legs, Brazilian, Arms and Back - 12oz by Sugaring NYC

I saw this on tik tok and was excited as I've used sugar wax before (both bought and made myself). This was the worst wax I've ever used. I followed their instructions on their site and most of the time, the flicking did not pull the wax off all the way, it would reach points where I had entire globs of wax still on me (thank god it dissolves in water because it was stuck all over my legs and on hairs in my bikini area). I also have bruising today in spots from it and I have never experienced this in any of the waxes I've gotten at a spa or done at home. I'm really disappointed because I was very excited after seeing it on tik tok but this was a terrible waste of money for me. I did not want to leave one star but after I woke up with bruising on my legs and bikini lines, I felt I had to. I would have thought this was user error but I have waxed myself plenty of times with hard wax beads and sugar wax. I also noticed in areas where I was able to successfully flick the wax, there was a lot of hair left behind as well and this was with wax that I had just pulled out of the container.
