SUGIFT 18 in. Kids Bike with Training Wheels for Girls Ages 6-12 Years Child, Purple

I bought this 20” bike for my niece's daughter who visits often. My husband put it together saying the directions were straight forward and he had no issues assembling. It took him one hour to get all parts out, review and assemble. The tool they provide to assemble is not great and he had to use his own socket set to be sure all parts were tightened for safety. The one thing I noticed on the site it states the bike is 7-12 in one area, 7-14 in another area and in a separate area it states the 20” is suitable for up to 10 years old. She said the seat is comfortable, she has no issues riding it.

When blowing up the rear tire, it was full, my husband turned around and walked away and when he was about 2o feet away it blew. He took it off and the tube had a defect along the seam and a big hole. When putting it back together he realized the wheel frame was bent out of round on the one side. still not sure if the tire is going to stay on or if the tube is going to blow again. very disappointed as this is my granddaughter's birthday present. We will find out tomorrow if it works or not. it would be really nice if Walmart would stand behind the ptoduct they sell and ship me another 20" rear wheel for this bike. only a straight one this time.

The bicycle I received was not the bike I ordered. I purchased a total of three bicycles for my grandkids and two of the three were correct. The one that was wrong was identical to the other girls bike I ordered. I had one blue and one purple so the girls would know who had what, but I received both of them in blue. I didn't bother returning it because it is too close to Christmas and the reason I did delivery was because I wasn't able to get to the store. It was just easier to just keep it. Just stating this post to make you aware.

Bought for a 9 year old and the room between the seat and the handles bars is very small. Her knees are right at the handles bars when riding. We’ve adjusted the handle bars and the seat multiple times trying to make it a better ride. Disappointed

An absolute nightmare. The instructions are not clear. They dont show where the reflectors go. The streamers fall out of handle. The seat is not secure. The foot pedal fall off, even when tightened all the way. This bike is just not made well. Returned and buying a different brand.

So we have had this bike for my daughter for about 2 months. Regular wear and tear but I have to be honest I don't know if we just had a bad one but the chain keeps coming off. My husband is very handy and has been fixing it every other day and has tried numerous things to get it to stay on, it just keeps falling off. It's very frustrating.

The lack of craftsmanship baffles me the washer that was welded to the forks to keep it in place was on a 45 degree angle making it impossible for a 8 year old to steer, luckily I have a fabrication background. The knurling on the handlebars at the point of contact with the steam was painted over so it kept folding I had to scrape the paint off to get it to hold. The seat is full of creases from packaging and shipping. The multi tool they send is useless so make sure you have tools to assemble it. All around not impressed

The chain will not stay . The seat. Will not stay straight .. my sister bought the same bike for Grandchildren and had the same problems . My husband is excellent and assembling bikes but has not been able to fix the problem . It is sad to sale a. Product for a child that will not work properly. Especially since it is a safety hazard . If the child’s chain comes off in the street or going down a hill it is unsafe!

When the bike came the rim was bent along with the spoke so I called Walmart.com and told them 2 days before Christmas they told me they would refund me the money along with the coupon I used and was told to buy another bike before Christmas and they never did anything and now I call back and they tell me that the representative told me false information.Glad I didn’t wait in Walmart to make the situation right.Also why when I try to insert the picture of the damage it’s telling me the photo is too big to enter

I don’t normally leave reviews, but we bought this for a Christmas present for our little girl. Assembly was terrible. The front wheel was warped. Not long after she started riding the threads come out of the pedal grooves. Over all it didn’t last long at all, will be purchasing her a different kind for her birthday. Definitely I don’t recommend.
