Return experience or exchange wasn't too bad It seems someone returned box wasn't sealed properly we opened the box and tried to fix but side padel wasn't functioning we went to store they were refused to return first we explained the problem .why did you open the box .With out open how do we know the issue finally resolved so much headache

Straight out of the box the seat has a hole in it. Not happy about that.

Bike was easy to assemble. The silver strings on handle bars came off after the first ride. The seat doesnt stay tight, ended up having to spend money on a new seat and it stays in place. You get what you pay for. Might as well put the extra $$ to get a better brand. Overall love the colors of the bile and everything else seems to be fine.

The tools included to put the bike together were inadequate and useless More tools were needed to assemble the bike adequately at a cost of @$30 I am hoping the training wheels will hold up to bumpy terrain The price was good for the overall item

Rim was bent had to bend it back for the tire to hold air. Hopeful, the tire does not fail while our granddaughter is riding her new bicycle that we gave her for her birthday.

Front wheel holder bent, no option for returns

The bike arrived with a damaged rim to the point it is unridable. We live out of the way so returning to Walmart isn't the easiest option, nor is disassembling the bike and repackaging it for FedEx pickup yet those are our only options. Very disappointing.

Extreme poor quality, non of the parts fit together properly. This bike is actually dangerous as it comes from the factory. If I didn't have decades of experience building bikes and a box of parts I could rummage through to finish assembly, I wouldn't have let my daughter ride this bike. DO NOT BUY.

The frame of this bike comes partially assembled. There are still quite a few pieces that need to be attached. It was very frustrating as many of them are difficult to attach including the handle bars, pedals and the seat. I could not get them together well enough. I do not trust the safety of this item. I do not recommend it

The pedals were stripped. You couldn't fully put it together. It was beautiful. Kiddo would've loved it. Went back and read reviews. Apparently many parts are messed up on different bikes made by them. Had to return. Got a Huffy.
