This is very cheaply made which makes it very light, that's a plus! This came in on time and in one piece no setup except for pushing the wheels in if you want to use them. It works wonderfully just fill it with water, works better if the water is cold, place in the ice packs, and turn it on. this runs cold air for 5 hours before you need to refill the water. The ice will need to be replaced depending upon Your weather conditions and how hot it is. Very good value for the money, works perfect!

Finally! I found an air cooler that works perfectly. I've been searching and searching. It's the perfect size for my room. Light weight. Blows cool air. I don't even have to put past the 1st fan setting. Quiet. The only thing I discovered was that you have to empty the blue bottles every time and put new water in. Don't ask me why. If you don't the bottles will expand. Make sure to fill only to the line. Hopefully this will last a long time. The others didn't even make to a year and I spent good money! Fingers crossed

I am definitely pleased with my purchase and satisfied with how much cooler this product has made my living room feel. I recommend this product and it's worth the money.

good air cooler everything comes in the box easy to set up doesn't use alot of electricity and the wind speed is very powerful plus a filter to filter airborne particles great for someone with astma

I would like a refund do not work for me at all you have to keep putting the little ice pack in the freezer to freeze for air to come out cool it doesn't last very long am not able to keep doing that it doesn't work for me

I didn't know that it would not work in humid areas until I used it and did some research and found out it's made for dryer climates. My indoor humidity was at 50% once I turned the machine on it went up to 65% humidity and didn't seem to lower the temperature at all.

It blew cool air but it wasn't enough for the hot humid summer in Chicago the air it blows doesn't go very far is not strong enough and it doesn't work for this kind of weather it has a compartment to put cold water and ice but it doesn't help at all since it doesn't blow a mist Do not buy this air cooler is small doesn't weight much and it doesn't cool at all do yourself a favor and invest in a window air conditioner I had to return this air cooler to buy a window ac what I should have bought at the beginning

Very disappointed! The “ instruction booklet” makes no sense . Emailed company for help with specifics NOT included in booklet and received sarcastic response- TWICE. Looked on YouTube at similar products for tutorial and got basic instructions but none specific to this “brand” Basically a table top fan - for $80-do not order - this is being returned tomorrow

this "cooling fan" requires multiple water changes with ice or with the small ice tube like packs.. not very useful for people who have mobility issues or dont necessarily have the ability to change water every hour for the cooling feature.

I bought for my son's room is not a big room and it does not work for us It did not cool at all It feels like a regular fan I put a lot of ice water and extra ice packs and still didn't keep the little room cool. really disappointed to be honest
