went to the airport with new luggage , left the airport with a handful of broken pieces. wheels fell off and shell cracked. Junk pure junk

One of the wheels broke on the first flight. Size and capacity are good but cheap materials.

Horrible zipper quality
Received suitcase and it was such a beautiful and vibrant color. But only after one airplane travel. Both medium and large suitcases had zipper malfunctions. I mean as I'm rolling it the zippers unlocked causing belongings to fall out at the airport. And the problem continued. So unfortunate. My son loved the color and style but don't waste your money. You have a better chance at getting better quality at Marshall's, TJ Max or Burlington.
