Love this product!
Love this ladder. I am relatively short and liked the idea of an extra step so I can reach my light fixtures when bulbs go out. The sturdiness of this ladder is great! I am do not feel unsteady when on it. Folds up nicely and fits beside my fridge so I can reach the top kitchen cabinets when needed.

There is not much to like about this family use ladder. It has 4 skinny pieces of metal holding all 3 steps in place when they should be thicker considering that they are supposed to hold 330 lbs of weight. I tried standing on it on my tile floor and my carpet didn't make a difference it's wobbly on both. I am definitely considering looking for a different one because it just doesn't seem stable enough for me.
