Incredible item. Absolutely awesome
This item is an absolute game changer! Makes it so much easier to move snow. No back problems from lifting heavy snow with a shovel. I've purchased three of these for my business so far and next year we'll get 10 more.

good roof rake
This is just as described. The shovel end piece is sturdy and the poles are easy to assemble. The handle on the end is comfortable to use.

Too short machine screw, no instructions, duh!
No instructions included! The long metal screw provided to go on main arm to hold brackets….NOT LONG ENOUGH. Had to get my own. And had to figure out which end of the bracket to begin with was at lower end. Seriously, provide instructions. Just to help us make sure of proper assembly, and give a long enough machine screw to connect the brackets to the main rod! Geez!
