SUGIFT 61 Key Portable Electric Piano Keyboard with Microphone

i bought it for my grandson and he doesn't need it he has another one, as a matter of fact i need to return it. The box has not been opened. I was wondering if my grandson can return it for me the ticket is on the box as well as the codes

It sounds pretty good. Obviously, it's not a Yamaha quality sound. I like it's portability. You can add batteries and carry it anywhere. If you plug headphones in, the sound is very loud. It's really nice for the money!

There are much better keyboards which cost a lot more but after reading reviews and the description I knew exactly what I was getting and it suits my needs.

Great for beginners-comes with key labels.

It's a great keyboard BUT the power cord is loose and it wiggles around, causing the piano to lose power and turn off and on. I bought it for my son, who's autistic, and he loves it. However, when the cord causes problems, it can be a big issue for us as it causes meltdowns.

Just decided not to keep the product. Chose a different musical instrument.

This came damaged. Ordered it for my sons birthday and there was a crack on the back and front and a few spots are lifting. The keyboard itself seems to be working fine but to pay this money for something that was shipped in bubble wrap and to have this many cracks/imperfections isn't cool.

This keyboard started out great for my six year old to practice piano on. After six months of rather light use, several keys just stopped working like Middle C. Sometimes they will randomly start working again for a couple of minutes. For the price of this, I expected it to last a little bit longer especially with the great reviews.

This keyboard sounds like a child's toy.
