I was not expecting too much as this is electric and small. I have only used gas powered in past. This pressure washer works very much like the big gas powered….i have used each nozzle and every “attachment” that is possible and I am amazed at how well this works.
For the discounted price I think I would have been OK with this item? However it's all plastic, and several parts that were part of the purchase was not in box? Aka 2 nozzles and a detergent bottle? I still don't understand how anything can be actually discounted such a large amount of, deceptive?!
We did not receive the spray bottle that was supposed to be included in the box with the pressure washer. I need the spray bottle to be able to add detergent to surfaces I want to clean. How do I go about getting a spray bottle for this pressure washer?
The pressure washer arrived on time. I used it a couple of times and was pleased. Today, I was pressure washing my driveway and the unit is now dead. I will try to remedy this with WalMart as I have had it less than 1 month. When it was working, it was fine for what I was trying to do, clean dirt and buildup from patio and concrete. I live in a condo so I did not need a huge unit.
He never offered substitutions. Didn't communicate till he left store. I needed buns for the hamburger that I ordered. Very unprofessional when there is an entire shelf of the buns I ordered. He said coolers were covered for the redo whip and they are not covered at all. My friend is in store right now and saw it for me. I'm tired of some drivers not communicating just because they don't want to look for it
I bought this and thought it was a good deal for the discount price. I was wrong. It was advertised with 2800psi. It is the lowest psi on a pressure washer I have used. I do not recommend this item. They have a reel on the front to wind the pressure hose on. However the knob keeps falling out trying to wind the hose. It took 4 hours to clean a 8x10 foot deck off. I would rate the quality construction as very mediocre. I have used a Harbor freight low end pressure washer and it performed better than this one.
After ourchase I found the solution sprayer does not mix with the water. I filled the spray bottle with 6 drops each of blue and red color dye and water to the Brim. After 19 minutes of continuous running the bottle only dispensed down to the 50 ml level (less than an inch!). I bought a 2 gallon garden sprayer to spray/ dispense the solution since the company wanted multiple pictures whch I sent. Then they wanted a video. I refuse to run this trial for another 19 minutes (both due to 73 yr olds limited computer capabilities, and for water expenses/ loss). Hence the 2 gallon sprayer. Yesterday, while attempting to finish the house washing, the hose to washer connection ruptured revealing stripped threads. I went out to another merchant and bought another pressure washer which I have used in the past with great reliability. The SUGIFT washer is unreliable, defective, and does not supply adequate support for it's product.
This is the worst pressure washer I've ever bought. I used less than 5 minutes after recieved it died. I called Walmart customer service, and it said it's not them; they told me to contact the vendor. And there isn't much information regarding this vendor. I would never buy from this vendor or Walmart.
I had high expectations for this product but it broke the first time I used it. The connector for the water hose separated from the unit when I tightened it to stop the water from leaking and spraying all over the place. It looked like a manufacturing defect that was not visible to the eye but literally fell apart when I tried to snug up the water connection. I purchased this in May to replace an old pressure washer I use to clean my boat. It was stored in my garage (unused) until I pulled the boat out to put it away for the winter this past week. It seemed to be working great for the 10 to 15 mins I got to use it. The pressure was great, very easy to hook up and use, but it started to leak very badly at the water hose connection. The metal where the connector is attached gave way and now there is no way to connect a water supply. To add insult to injury, the unit has a 90 day warranty and since I stored it away until I planned to use it the warranty has expired. I plan to attempt to contact the manufacturer to see what can be done to either repair or replace the unit but I don't have high hopes for a happy ending.
This pressure washer has three problems. 1. The power cord on the one I received is only 18 feet long, not 35 feet long as stated in the item description. 2. The one I received does not have a GFI plug as stated in the item description, and I will return it for that reason (it is dangerous). 3. The pressure hose has proprietary fittings on the ends that make the hose non replaceable. When the hose wears out, the unit is no longer usable or fixable.
