Received damaged item.Looks like it was used before.Scratches and ding all over.Led monitor not working.

Very sturdy bike
Very sturdy bike, easy to operate and adjust. Takes up little space. Excellent for older age group. Easy to get on and off. Had a few scratches on frame when unpacked, but company made good on what it cost to repair without having to send it back. Excellent customer service.

Great bike, Great price!
I love it. I have had 2 other spin bikes and didn't care for them. The resistance was either too tight or ergonomically the bike was uncomfortable. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived Wednesday. It was packaged very well and seems to be very solid. It's definitely comfortable and I really like that the handlebars can be moved fore and aft. I also really like that there are adjustment knobs instead of levers. I've been on bikes before where the levers got in the way. I can see I'll get plenty of use out of this bike.

Excellent bike!
Assembly was easy! Would be a little easier with a second person to help. Bike is quiet, simple to adjust, and fits both me and my boyfriends heights and weights just fine.

Love this. Own it for almost a month and have been using it every day. Great so far and it was so easy to assemble it too.
