Flimsy and cheap material
I really had high hopes for this suitcase. It feels like it is smaller than another 28 inch suitcase that I have on the inside. The material is very cheap and rips easily. The zipper to the inside pouch broke on the first day use. It did hold up well through one trip so far besides the inside material ripping. I would definitely recommend buying some type of inserts or something to be able to separate your items in the suitcase, as there really is nothing to separate your items.

Used the large size, first time out the whole wheel and socket came off. Had to duct tape it closed and drag it through the airport. Poor quality.
