Great workout!
I have never seen a product like this before but when I saw the image I was intrigued. I go to the gym quite often and use multiple ab machines, but this one was not there which is why I wanted to buy and try. I am glad I tried it because it really does give a great workout! It is very easy to assemble as well as use. Not uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend.

Value and effective gym workout
Got this for me, but then I thought would be great for my mom since she doesn't go to the gym. She's been using it for a week now and she loves it. Great for exercise for her that have knee problem. Easy to assemble and came very fast. Great price too.

Good Work Out
First I had a little trouble putting it together, per email the company was very helpful in helping me completing this task. The machine itself is a workout for sure, at least for me. It is easy to use and non weight bearing which is good if you have joint troubles and can't do the traditional work outs. It has three cords to attach on the seat for more tension(too much for me right now), but there is room to increase resistance.

Great Exercise Device
This product was very easy to assemble and I'd very sturdy. It is also easy and fun to use. I noticed instantly my thighs, lower stomach and buttocks burning, so I know this is working!

Good an sturdy
This is a great fitness equipment. It can exercise multiple parts at the same time. A tension rope that can increase resistance is great. I think it is indispensable to my fitness program.

Great for legs and glutes
Easy to use and fun. Reminds me of swinging. Gives a good burn on your quads. Can't wait until I see the results in a month. Took less than a half hour to put together, directions were good. Definitely a good buy!

Great product. Easy to assemble and easy to use! You can exercise most parts of your body, such as waist, abdomen, legs, etc.!

My daughter loves it. Someone told her that her abs and arms look great.Is very easy to assemble and easy to carry from one room to another.
