Fantastic Resource for Summer Learning
Love these workbooks! I used them 25 years ago when my own children were little and now I am recommending them to other parents!

Great resource
Love the book. It's helping my son to prepare for 3rd grade. I'm currently a 3rd grade teacher and highly recommend. It has concepts that students need in order for them to be prepared for 3rd grade.

A very helpful resource for both students and parents!
Wow! This is an all-inclusive resource to direct your parents to when they ask, as they often do, how they can help their children retain what they've learned over the summer. The daily activity pages include all of the key math, science, social studies, and language arts skills for second graders going into third grade. I'm very impressed with the amount of information and parent support on what parents can do to prevent learning loss over the summer. It provides parents great ideas for ways to encourage summer reading with a recommended book list of both fiction and nonfiction titles, and even includes a daily pacing with monthly goals and word lists! The included math and language flashcards are an added bonus too!

Includes concepts not introduced in second grade
I like the summer bridge stuff. Three stars for this one though - there is an entire section of the book on multiplication and division, which my kid has not even been introduced to yet. So I can't even use 1/3 of the material!
