Summer Bridge Grade 3-4 Activities Workbook

This book is awesome for my Preschool STEM students for our woodland animals unit. I love the pictures and all the different spin off math ideas it give me. I will be using it for many years to come.

We're beginning to learn some Spanish at home and I bought this book to compliment our discussions. It's great! Exactly what I wanted.

I love the Carson Dellosa readers for my homeschooling preschool and kindergarten students. Great introduction to science concepts. They love it!

I have been ordering these workbooks for the last couple of years. I love that it keeps information and skills fresh in my child's mind over the summer and allows her not to lose any learning during the summer break. I also love that it introduces skills for the next year to bridge her learning. Highly recommended workbooks.

My daughter works on this each morning and she is being challenged, which is great considering the last year and a half weren't there most normal in school due to the pandemic. It's reinforcing what she knows and challenging her on the things that we're missed. I really enjoy the answer key in the back where she can check her work. She's missed a few but that encourages her to go back and see what she did wrong. I'm planning to use these workbooks every summer.

I love finding books that are relatable and provide learning for students. This is a fun, interesting book for students to learn more about different cultures. It would be perfect to use for lessons and discussions on different cultures. I participate in the Brand Ambassador Program for Carson Dellosa and have received this product for free to review.

I am a math teacher and a huge fan of Carmen Dellosa books.But I am confused by this version. I have always purchased the summer version for my own children to maintain their skills over the summer at home. My children have always been able to do them fairly independently. Not this year, however. When I noticed that my daughter was having difficulty I perused the entire book and saw that many of the math problems are more suited to 4th graders - for example, 3 by 1 division set up in the traditional method, fraction multiplication, and measurement conversions. And even many of these topics are exposure topic in 4th and only required for mastery in 5th. I do not teach ELA but my guess is that the ELA is a little advanced as well. The guides suggest that the publisher is looking to preview 4th grade material...but these are very involved topics that shouldn't be rushed by parents. I will be looking for a more traditional "summer review" book next year.
