I like the convenience of this high chair. As easy as the fold out chairs but with a lock for added stability. I like the ease of the removable clothes seat. Washing it makes it easy to keep extra clean. Easy to take with us to dinners, friends, or just anywhere we need a place for the baby to eat or sit up high enough to enjoy others. Padded wide feet prevent tipping. I'd still be extra careful cause the sides don't seem to keep a wigglely baby in. We haven't had that issue yet. Over all it's a great by.
The Summer Infant Pop ‘n Sit Portable Highchair comes with (obviously) the highchair, a tray and a carrying/storage bag. It also has the instruction manual, which is easy to read and understand as it also has pictures to go along with the wording. It is kind of like a camp chair that folds up and also has a storage/carry bag. It is very easy to “assemble”. You simply pull it out of the bag, “pop” it open (like you would a camp chair) and there is a leg lock that you push into place with either your foot or hand. It has a child safety belt that is sewn into the seat, which is kind of a nylon canvas type material. The leg openings look a little small, but my nephew seems to have plenty of room for his chubby little legs (he's 9 months old). The only thing that I can think of that there should be is a foot rest, because otherwise their little legs will just be dangling. The tray is kind of small as well and it attaches easily to the highchair. It has the Summer® butterfly on the tray. It is easily dismantled/folded up to put back in the bag. The seat can be removed from the frame for cleaning. It is machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle, but do not put it in the dryer, it must be hung up to dry. The tray is top rack dishwasher safe. It seems quite sturdy and would take quite a bit to tip it over as the legs stretch out a little wider than the chair part with kind of large feet to them. I would highly recommend this portable highchair!
I just received the Summer Infant Pop 'N Sit Portable Highchair and love it so far! I love how compact and portable it is! I was a little worried at first because a lot of products “claim” they are easy to assemble but this product really is! All you have to do is stretch out the legs and push down on the locking mechanism, that's it! To close the highchair you just lift the locking mechanism up and push the legs of the highchair closed. Make sure you take the tray off of the highchair before you close it up though. This highchair comes with a little plastic tray that easily attaches and swivels for easy movement! I love that this highchair comes with a carrying bag too. This makes trips so much more easier. I keep this highchair in my car for those unexpected times a restaurant does not have one or when we visit a friend's house who doesn't have babies. This highchair is so easy to clean too. When a spill happens, I just grab a wet cloth (or a wet wipe when we are out and about) and just wipe the mess off. That's it! It is so easy! Get this highchair!
It's perfect for outside use, or using it to travel. It comes fully assembled. No tools required to put it together. It has no slip rubber feet, good for almost any surface. There is a storage pocket on the back of the seat. It's compact, and easy to carry in the carrying bag that comes with it. It has a dishwasher safe tray that is easy to clean. The fabric of the seat is safe for washing machine and dryer. It was easy to use, took it to the park. Took it on a trip to visit family. It was nice having the carrying case. It didn't take up much room in the car. It was easy to handle while also having the baby there. I will definitely be using this a lot over the summer and when traveling.
I got this for when my great grandbaby comes to visit and any other children come . It's easy to set up and very stable. It seems very stable. only problem is that it does not say how much weight it will hold or the age of child . I think that should be included .
The highchair is easy to pack up and move to another location.. The base if the chair makes it easy to place the chair on a solid floor or concrete slab at a park. The colors are very attractive and durable. The chair is easily cleaned and the deposited in the carrying case for transport to another location. The chair is not a problem to carry due to the make up of the chair. The highchair could be used in a park setting or in a dining area of your home. Mobility is the real value of this item.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received the Summer Infant Pop 'N Sit Portable Highchair. Pros: - A nice gender neutral color of grey and lime green. - It came in a black handy carry-bag that can be carried in a one-strap, back-pack fashion or as a duffle bag, making it easy to carry when needed. - It is a folding chair that can fold-up and stored in the carry-bag and fold-out to be assembled. It stands at about 2 feet high from floor to seat. Its seat, which is made of soft polyester fabric, is about 1 foot in length and width. - It came almost fully assembled with only the tabletop to be attached. The hard-plastic tabletop can be easily attached and detached as needed and can be washed clean without trouble. - The chair's slip-resistant feet are a definite advantages given it is made for babies. - The seating area (back and seat) is made of lightly padded polyester and child restraint belt to hold babies in safely. This area can be removed and washed. The back also contains a convenient flat pocket. - It can be used as an eating highchair or as a mobile highchair for any outdoor activities. - It can be used as soon as the baby is able to sit up. Con: The short length of the child restraint belt seems too short to be able to last until a child reaches 3 years old. All in all it is a well-made product that will serve a well while it can be used.
This portable highchair came inside a compact box with no assembling required. It also came with a nice black bag that can fit the whole highchair plus tray inside. It almost feels like the size of a camping chair that you can carry over your shoulder. Even though it folds up very compactly, once you open it the legs do extend out quite wide – I understand that is what makes it so stable but may take up a lot of room at a restaurant. The legs have a nonslip attached at the bottom to keep it from moving much. The seat is all fabric and can be removed for washing, but we haven't done so since it does require taking off the two screws in the back; spot cleaning has been fine so far. The tray can be easily removed, and washed in the dish washer. You can also have the tray attached but still hanging to the right side (to do so you simply pull the latch open and then swing it to the side). There is a buckle (3 point) that is nice, but definitely not enough to keep a super active kid seated which is why we appreciate this as a temporary highchair for using outside our house, but would still prefer our 5 point safety harness at home.
This is nice portable high chair. This is quite sturdy. Very easy to use and also to fold. Doesn't occupy a lot of storage space. It fits into the Bag which comes with the item. You can hang the bag and use it while going out. I tried sweating my toddler to see how sturdy it is and it stood well. The plate is easy to fix and can be removed and cleaned well.Chair has holes so that the baby can put their legs through the holes. I would have been happy if it also came with a belt.
Just received the Summer Infant Pop 'N Sit Portable Highchair and it looked very nice. But the more I looked at it It makes me wonder. The leg holes in the chair are small and a baby would quickly out grow it .It has two metal tabs in the chair that fell like they would be very hard on a baby's legs. I did like that you could take it with you if you were on a trip
