Bought it twice bc we left out the first one and the ring busted. That was totally our fault. We love this pool. Perfect for 2-4 adults hanging out with some drinks or small family bbq. Easy to maintain too. We have a tarp under it and a 10x10 canopy with walls around it. It fits perfect!
This is bigger than I expected, more comfortable than I would have expected, and easier to assemble than I had expected. I'm 5' 4” and my husband is 6'4” and we both fit in it like it's a large / deep bath tub. Very relaxing in hot weather! It took time to prepare the area for this pool to be set up without issue, but once I took it out of the box and pumped it up/attached pump and hardware/filled it with water… it took about two hours on my own. My only issue is I wish it would have come with proper pool chemicals. Not knowing anything about pool care made this process of searching and spending more time consuming than anything else. Otherwise, I feel like this pool is perfect for the money.
A very wide pool it was way wider then I thought and came out perfectly for my kids not to deep to where they had to wear their life jackets but wide enough for them to swim and play only thing I didn't like is how small the pump was and the filter was small but I got a bigger one and works perfectly
I purchased this pool as a replacement pool for my son. The last pool was also a 10 foot Summer Waves pool that we got 4 seasons of use out of. The ring wasn't staying inflated all day on the old one. It was gifted to my son and was purchased through QVC. When I purchased this one through Walmart I thought it would be exactly the same. About the only thing the same is the size and name of the pool. You could definitely tell that this is made for Walmart. The vinyl is much, much thinner on this one, the inflatable ring is also thinner. Guess what the ring isn't staying inflated in this new pool either. We have this new pool in the same spot we had our older one and this one keeps losing water. Just this morning I woke up to a half empty pool because the rain over filled the pool and made the ring fold under its self causing the water to overflow. Never had this problem on the older pool. Definitely not the Summer Waves pool that was purchased through QVC, Walmart version is definitely cheaply made and probably won't last through this season.
I'm probably going to be returning it because I don't want to set it up and find out there's any defects. Why no box? Was this a return and you're trying to pass it off as new?
After pool (a 10'x30”) was inflated and filled to fill line, I noticed a tiny stream of water coming out of a hole on a side wall that about the size of a pin head. Checking the other side, I saw water pooling but did not see a leak- thinking it might be on the pool bottom. . I submitted a warranty claim by email and sent pics and a video to company. With 24 hours a rep contacted me and said that I would have to put food dye in a container and swim to the bottom of the pool and try to locate the hole and open the container and “pour” the food dye into the hole. If it is another pinhole leak I tried to explain to the rep of the impossibility locating a hole of doing this task. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. When no one did, I called again and said to only focus on the visible leak if that was holding up my claim and to forget having a supervisor contact me and just process this as a warranty claim by email. It has now been 3 days, the pool leak has gotten bigger and the rep I spoke with today said I would need to speak to a supervisor first. Geez…..all this for a $100.00 pool bought from a multi billion dollar company that does not seem to stand by their workmanship or warranty. Let buyers beware.
How do you set this up without directions? You can have it back. Sooooooooio much time preparing for a pool we can't put up. I picked one star only because I had to pick something........
Do not, I repeat do not buy this pool. It's a very nice pool but came with a faulty seam and Walmart was incredibly difficult trying to get this thing back because of course it didn't fit back in the original box but they won't give any money back without having all the items back. Not worth your time had to Amazon much better service.
This pool looked like a nice pool, but got it together filled with water and the pump blows out the side within a couple hours got that temp fixed then the pump quits working after a couple hours and its slowly loosing water. I Called the company they don't want to refund even after only having it for a couple days and sent them proof of the poorly made cheap pump. So money down the drain on the water bill and $90 for the pool.
It wouldn't stay up to hold water very bad product the kids were very upset I wouldn't buy again.
