This pool is so easy to install. Seems to be better quality than the ones we purchased years before.
This pool is great size. The pump does a great job. Better then the other ones you have on the floor. This one sucks everything in the skimmer basket. Was easy to put together. Took me less then a hr to set up all by my self. My 2 year old grand daughter walks in it 1 st in the pool and she was walking by her self.
This pool was great in every way except one of the clamp screws wasn't made well enough to clamp causing a leak. I had to improvise and add my own nut and bold to hold the clamp properly in place. I am thinking it only happened to be that way on my particular pool. Maybe 1 in a million issue.
I got this pool about a month ago. I was surprised at how sturdy it is. Its perfect for floating in. Mine fits four good size floats. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is the pump. It doesnt have enough power to filter. Also, there is no vacuum with it. Im going to buy a stronger pump and a vacuum for it. Otherwise, Im very happy with the money I spent.
It took 2 people to set it up. We leveled the ground, put down sand and a liner. The pool is the perfect size and depth. Big enough to move around and play with the kids. The depth is perfect I don't have to worry much about the kids and I can very comfortably submerge myself. The only downside is it really needs a small ladder. I can barely get in it and my mom can't use it at all. The filter is a little weird, it hangs on the side of the pool and works as a skimmer as well. There are no leaks so far. It didn't cost much to fill it either, maybe $30 extra in the water bill.
The pool came in faster than expected but sadly there were no instructions in any of the boxes of how to build the pool.... luckily it was rather easy and fast to put up... however once the pool was put up and started filling with water..... i noticed some water on the tarp i placed under the pool..... i thought maybe it was a sprinkle from the hose or maybe from my son touching it and got some water out..... after leaving town for the weekend we come back to the pool still being filled...but a good amount of water had came out now on the tarp... in the morning i swept it off to see how much would collect and it is a rather small amount but seems its leaking in diffrent areas.... ive triend contacting customer service and get no where....
Me and my husband was requesting a return and a refund because the item was damaged. it has a Major slit almost near the seam, noticed upon setting up the pool. However, the seller can't grant us that request because they need a picture. my husband was very frustrated because he put it back on its box and now he has to set it up again just to show proof! this is very frustrating and we are very disappointed!
Spreetail is ridiculous. I bought the pool in April and didn't set it up until May due to weather. First time I plug the pump in, it didn't work. Contacted their “customer service” and they told me I was out of the 30 day warranty even though the Walmart order clearly states that I have 180 days warranty on the pump. I have 3 children that are dying to get in the pool and I had to purchase a 3rd party pump just so they could do so. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.
Didn't even last a week and there is already a hole near the drain plug. Paid almost 600 for everything, and barely lasted a week. Knew it was too good to be true. Messaged seller and requested SOME kind of help, will update review if the problem is solved. Save your money.
I have been looking for a pool all summer. Purchased this pool and set it up, filled it and turned the pump on. Pump leaks a lot from the bottom. I'm assuming there is a crack somewhere. If you manage to maneuver it just right, the leak will slow but it won't connect to the pump hose, therefore rendering the pump useless. its pulling water in and not filtering it and not putting it back into the pool. So you can have a major leak in the pool or a useless pump with a steady leak. Placement is off within the pump. So I cut the pump off and let it sit overnight, the pool drained halfway by the next morning. I pay for city water, so it's expensive to fill one of these pools. but thats ok, the kids will be happy, its well worth it. that morning I noticed water coming out from underneath the pool on one side, so there is a hole in the bottom of the liner. I understand sometimes you're dealt a bad hand when it comes to ordering stuff online, it happens, it sucks, but i'm not that upset about it, IT HAPPENS. Most places will work with you and are willing to compensate or exchange the bad product, and if not I can always figure it out on my own. I am a resourceful DIY queen, mama's gonna make it work. I contacted Spreetail about the issues and I keep getting the run around, they are so unwilling to help. I went so low as to ask for patches for the pool and a new pump, like its ok, summer is halfway over, we will make do and just throw it out after summer, it sucks to spend $260 for a one time thing. but I wanted to try to get some use out of it, to enjoy it while we can. Nope, they won't even do that much. So not only am I out $260, nothing to show for it, stuck with a pool we can't swim in, a giant mess to clean up, a hefty water bill coming to me but also confused kids in their bathing suits and pool floaties looking at me like I'm this cruel person for getting their hopes up. I would not recommend this pool or Spreetail products to anyone. I have never dealt with a company so willing to brush me off. I keep getting the same email "Please let me know if you require further assistance, I reply that I do, and 30 minutes later I get "I apologize, please let me know if you require further assistance." My dude... yes... I just did....... I just wanted to get off work, go home and float around a pool with my Corona in hand, kids playing, life is good type vibe, ya know? The devil is hard at work with this one.
