GREAT BUY First time pool owners so I did lots of research, looked at youtube videos for tips. I have to say we are very impressed with this pool. all 4 of us can get in and have plenty of space. I mean you cant all swim laps across but your not elbow to elbow either. Me and my 14 yr old put it together in one evening. Filling the pool did take roughly 7hrs- so far so good going on 3 weeks now. Hoping we get lots of use out of it

Best pool I've ever bought...mainly cause the pump is off the ground, no need to plug the holes to change filter!! It has a built in skimmer...good design. Comes with a ladder and a top cover...just packed the pool away in 2 big boxes for next year. Its a keeper!

I got this pool dirt cheap last on the shelf for a little over two Benjamin’s. Me and a 8 yr old put it together. I mowed the area, raked rocks and limbs away, and whalaaa, a pool was up. Instructions are simple and flowed well. 14 is the right “new to pools” size. Took about 6 hours to fill around 35 dollars added to bill. Found a best way pool kit to clean and test, and grabbed a gallon of chlorine and couple pounds of arm and hammer baking soda for ph and alkaline, read some instructions, Amazing! Pool was open the next day! Kids will thank you! Thank me later! Buy the darn pool!

Love this pool. Very strong and heavy duty. Waited a few weeks to write a review. Instructions on ladder could be parts labeled. I put the legs on backwards. dont tighten stairs until you have all legs on. Took me 2 days to set up pool. I had help too. Had to level a little ground. Laid down a tarp and set up. Pump leaked at first where if attached to pool but I had it cross threaded. Cant see that. Im 56 and have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and put pump and ladder together myself. Make sure you get the floor smooth before you get more than an inch of water in it. It smooths out some in its own but water is heavy. You won't be able to do it later. Took 2 days to fill up with hose. If you're smart, you'll get an outdoor regulator thing from the water company and they wont charge you sewage for outdoor water used. Where I live, Indiana, they have a water bill then your sewage bill is double that. After the water is on you've got the pool chemicals. Yeah. I had no idea it was all this. And chlorine shortage to boot. While I was getting all that straight I still let the kids swim. I just followed directions on when to let them swim after stuff added. We have hard water. Took me over a week to get the water where it needed to be. I clean out filter every other day. Had to order pool vacuum. I also ordered a 12 gauge waterproof cord to go to the pump. Gauge matters. Too low and eventually ruin pump. Now 3 weeks later pool looks great and everyone having a blast!

Everything is OK about this pool except the biggest pile of crap cover you'll ever see. It never fits right and if it rains or its windy...forget it all the debris and rain you protected your pool from will graciously fall into it when you have to pick the cover up from floating in the pool. Such an important piece and to skimp and not make a decent latching system is trash. Sincerely from a guy 3 hours deep cleaning out this pool again

I never write reviews but this time I did because I decided to return this Item because I decided to purchase a smaller pool I never opened the box and sent it back with in 5 days of receiving it and I paid $840 with taxes and they only refunded $400 and something it's rediculious they said it was the returned fees so make sure your really going to keep the item

If you purchase this pool make sure you know how to fix a leak. Purchased last week and started to fill up and water is all around the bottom. It says not to return to store and after putting it together I called customer service. They basically wanted me to fix the leak on a new pool. I have purchased these types of pools for the last 10 years and this has never happened with other companies. I would not recommend this pool. I would purchase from other companies. This was my first time and will absolutely be my last.

For the price of this pool I never expected to have a leak as soon as water was put in. We leveled the ground set up the pool only put about 5 inches of water in and water was leaking from the seam. Contacted the manufacturer emails, phone calls and here we are 5 days in and still not resolved. Not taking a chance of patching and filling with over 3000 gallons of water to have the pool burst at the seam wasting all that water and the price of the pool. I have always bought Intel pools but decided to go bigger and went away from intex, my first mistake. Piece of advice, check seams around liner before going thru setting up and finding all that time wasted

Pump died within a month seems to be a common issue. I have reached out for warranty service I will update at a later date. The pool itself works if you already have a sand filter.

Set up was easy and pool was great for about 2 days. Then the liner ripped around the drain and kept ripped and patches wouldn’t hold. So now after 2 days I have a worthless pool for the summer that’s leaking into my yard.
