Summer Waves 16 ft Natural Rattan Print Elite Frame Round Above Ground Swimming Pool

I purchased this pool 3 years ago and my grandchildren enjoyed it to the fullest. My adult children also had fun . The size is huge and had no issues with it. Bought another one this year due to wear and tear.

Great pool. Affordable! I bought this in the spring of 2021! I have had no problems at all. The pump is great, the pool is great, the vacuum works awesome. And I love that the vacuum hooks up to the pump! I am about to take it down for winter but we have loved this pool!

This is my second Summer Waves pool. The first one's pump quit at the end of two years, which I'm kind of ok with since it was only $350 at the time (unlike the price gouging that's currently going on at $976). This second one leaked straight out of the box. Here's the problem- you're forced to buy these pools in the winter months in order to not pay through the nose but the warrantee is only good for 90 days. So, if the pump doesn't work or it leaks when it's time to set up, you're out of luck and have a useless pool because replacement parts are unaffordable or out of stock.

Pump sucks, worked for a few weeks then stopped. Husband pulled pump apart and the pin on the inside was broken into multiple pieces. Fixed it with a steel pin and it worked for about 2 weeks before breaking again. Replaced pin again and broke within a week. If I knew this pump was going to be such a pain I wouldn't of bought the pool in the first place. The pump is also not powerful enough for the pool. Picture is of the steel pin broken

We purchased this pool in March of 2021. It is our second pool through this company, one last year developed tears in the liner just a week after our 3 kids were in it. It arrived on a broken pallet and box was in rough shape but didnt think about it. We were able to set up in the beginning of April. About a week after it was set up we noticed it leaking. Mind you no one has been in it as its the beginning of April. I contacted the company they were going to send a replacement, but then developed a billion and one things that had to be done in order to fulfill the warranty. Needless to say I gave up because it was sooo frustrating and they couldnt tell me when they would have a liner in stock. We got it patched for now but I bought the pool in hopes that it would last just like my parents who have had their pool up for years by this company no issues. Seems like the liner have gotten cheap over time.

bought this a couple months ago. the porcelain rod in the pump broke. Apparently this is a common problem with this pool system.
