Absolutely love the pool got it for the kids and grandkids and they have enjoyed it so much

Easy to set up. Love the new steel poles compared to the pool we had bought 4 years ago by Coleman. No leaks. And filter works fine. We had to buy different clamps because we have a sand filter that runs with the filter it came with. It's nice that it catches the bugs on top of the water. Less skimming for me!

its a great pool very big and easy to set up however you will need to upgrade the pump and filter or it will not stay clean. these pumps and filters are not big enough for the amount of water it takes to fill this thing.

I got the pool set it up and it has a small hole on the side of it and the patches didn't come with it when it was supposed to I tried to let them know that the passage didn't come with it and they want me to return the whole entire pool in order just to get the patches and I've already got it halfway full of water now

I wasn't able to purchase a protection plan between Walmart and Allstate or square trade keep giving me a hard time to purchase a 4 year protection plan. However I'm still trying to purchase a protection plan!! I would deeply appreciate it if I can purchase a protection plan

I get the pool and the box is destroyed. Then when I start putting it together it's missing 7 legs and inserts!!! I get ahold of customer service to see if they can send me more legs and they say no and want me to return it! How?? In a broken box! And obviously they have never tried to put a pool this size together!! I said I cannot repackage this pool in a broken box. (Because she informs me they may not take it if it's not a box good) first of all I shouldn't even have to go through the whole taking the pool apart and trying to repack it. Why would you ask a customer to do that! The liner itself is as heavy as me! It took 4 people to try and set it all up!! Then she offered me a partial refund if I wanted to keep the pool.. what? I said why would I want that? What am I going to do with a pool that needs 7 legs? She told me she can send a replacement pool, it would be about a month to two months before it arrived and they would have to have the other pool back before the replacement could be sent.. then tells me I could contact Summerwaves customer service and see if they can send me the missing parts and she could offer me a 10% refund.. $50 really? I'm not ungrateful but $50 is the best you can offer after the whole headache???!! I'm so over the whole situation and will not ever buy another thing online from them. I have had too many bad experiences but this one was the worst. To me they should have sent a replacement pool to at least get the legs out of that was missing then they could take the rest of the pool back. And offered some sort of refund just for the headache. So I have half a pool sitting in my back yard until I can maybe get Summerwaves to send me replacement parts.. but they're not open until Monday at 10.. and who knows if they will send me the parts!?!? If not, her suggestion was to call them back.. I swear what is the point of having customer service when they can't help!

Do not purchase. Within 2 weeks of installing 2 of the fittings on the pool snapped making the pool dangerously unstable. The company is sending 2 new fittings however we will be out the cost of draining and refilling the pool to correct the issue and the company is unwilling to consider any compensation for the issue

I received it amd holes in the bottom of the pool

The pool is great but the pump broke after one month of using it i suggest u invest in another pump a replacement pump is like $200 not worth it

I ordered this pool 2 qeeks ago. My family was excited about it. well, we have to send it back because, we received the 16ft instead of the 18ft. When we asked about reimbursement on the difference, they replied that currently the 16ft is more expensive than what i paid, so they would just leave the peice as is. I'm not willing to keep it when on reality it was their mistake.
