this pool is great! its quick and easy to set up and kids love it. We had the other style above ground but the wind blew it across the yard last fall so we went with this style this year...much better! it did not come with a ground cloth so I got a tarp to put under for protection. pump and filter work great and I love that it came with a cover.

So far this summer it's been great. It sets up much easier than the pools we've had in the past with the metal bars on top. The only issue which is more of a user issue and not a pool issue is that my kids keep hanging on the sides letting the water flow out. For ease of set up and take down I think we'll stick to the easy set for a while, saves me hours of time..

very polite came to the door and asked if he could put it in the garage for us we are senior citizens the product is very heavy he was extremely helpful

Love the pool except we didn't receive all the parts of the ladder. Would do 5 stars if we didn't have to try to get the ladder replaced.

Never could get it level and it was bigger then 18ft so it over lapped my slab that I was going to put it on.

the ring doesn't stay inflated the pump isn't strong enough to keep the water circulating the cover doesn't stay on

I was so excited for this pool but the top ring has a small leak that we cannot locate. We have filled this up 4 times all for it to collapse within a few hours. We did level the sand and move it to make sure it wasn't a problem on our end. We have tried to contact customer service with no luck…

We purchased this pool and when we took it out of the box it has multiple holes in the bottom and on the inflatable rim. We knew returning to the manufacture would be difficult (also the insert in the box says call them rather than return it to the store) so we attempted to patch the holes. After filling the pool, the rim deflated and the pool collapsed. We again tried to repair it ourselves. We were unable to repair the pool so we called the manufacturer. After sending them pictures and the documentation for the purchase we were told there was nothing they could do because the documentation we sent them from the WalMart app did not meet their requirements. We spent another 45 minutes on the phone explaining the purchase was online and that we sent the only documentation we had been give. We were finally given the ok for the documentation we sent only to have the company tell us that the pool was out of stock and could not be replaced (there were several available online to purchase). The customer service with this company, and especially Moses the rep were spoke to, horrible. I can not express how extremely unhelpful the representative was after spending over an hour on the phone. I even asked to speak to another representative but was not allowed to. We could even hear him laughing at our issues with other employees in the background. We will not do business with this company again and our recommendation is that anyone reading this avoid them too.

i purchased this pool, set it up, paid to have it filled with water and it will not hold all the water. poor quality. They won't refund the money unless i take it completely down package up and ship back. Not only out the cost of pool but also the cost of the water to fill it. Would not recommend.
