Summit Living 15 ft Large Patio Umbrella with Base (Included) Double-Sided Rectangular Outdoor Deck Umbrella for Outside - Burgundy

Recently bought a nice teak table that extends to over 10 feet long and wanted a nice sized umbrella to cover it. Was doing the search and came across this umbrella from Alpha Marts. Love the size and it got good reviews, so I bought it. After it arrived I noticed how well it was built, in fact the pole was high quality machine work and substantial in size. Not your average umbrella pole. Of course, my fear would be that it would not go in the hole at the center of my teak table. Luckily, the pole did fit into the table and while I had to make a few off instructional changes, it came out looking great. I am pleased to say the least. It provides ample shade and looks great.

I really love this umbrella! The color is vivid and it was easy to put together and set-up, even for this 60 year old by herself! It covers a majority of my patio and keeps the sun off my sliding glass door. It also arrived quickly with no damage. Going to enjoy this for years to come!

This umbrella is amazing! The color is perfect and the set up seems extremely durable. The crank is sturdy and makes it so easy to put up and down. The only thing I don't love is how large the base is. We put it under our outdoor table and our 2 chairs wont push all the way in. I still gave this 5 stars because it is still the perfect addition and is so worth the money.

The color is vibrant and as seen in the ad. The pole and structure for holding it in place seems very substantial. We have had some very windy days and so far as long as the umbrella is not up there hasn’t been a problem. Was somewhat surprised as to the fabric of the umbrella. It is not the heavy duty fabric I was expecting. Will have to see how it stands up to intense sun and summer rain.

Package arrived timely. The base is made of plastic parts. The umbrella is not steady and it easily blows (left to right). It creaks when it sways around. The two of the poles in the umbrella fall out when I close it, every time, same two poles. Probably what I should have expected at the price point.

Arrived early which was great. We got the blue color which is beautiful I love how big it is. But one piece arrived broken. A plastic piece that helps hold the base together. The box was damaged some when it arrived. Not sure if that is the cause of it. But the piece is broken on both ends.

I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put holes and a pin in the base so that the whole thing doesn’t spin. The knobs can’t be tightened enough to stop that.

Waste of money. Spend more money for a better quality item. Received item a couple days earlier than expected delivery date, that was great, but when we went to put it together there was no hardware. Tried calling with no luck as there was a recording stating try back later number not accepting calls. Tried and was finally able to leave a message never received a call back. Emailed and received an email the next day, great, was told to take pictures and reply, did that, received parts weeks later. Was still unable to use item for summer months. Unfortunately, my husband had a heart attack and putting it together was postponed. Went to assemble it today and base will not stay together. Tried several times changing corners and sides(even though they are all the same size). Last piece starts to slide in and then it pops out. So again, unable to use it. In my opinion without a solid base umbrella will not withstand the wind. Again, I believe the price was too good to be true for a quality item. Haven’t even had a chance to open umbrella to see if it is even nice or not, because I don’t have a base to put it in. Don’t buy this!!!

Box was damaged. Parts missing

Never received. My recent order was lost and never delivered. I understand issues can happen, but this occurred right before Christmas and has caused significant frustration, stress, and last-minute expense on my end to replace the item. I hope this is made right. 😢
