Summit Living 15 ft Large Patio Umbrella with Base (Included) Double-Sided Rectangular Outdoor Deck Umbrella for Outside - Burgundy

This umbrella is just what we needed to add some shade to our backyard. It provides plenty of cover and was easy to assemble. The only difficult thing is moving it if you don’t like where you put it, but there are sand bags that can be removed making it easier than some other umbrella stands.

The assembly and instructions were very easy to follow. We bought 3 - 50lbs bags of sand from Lowe’s ($4-$5/each) and divided it evenly between the two provided sand bags. The provide black bags for sand were easy to fill. We’re very pleased with the product.

The umbrella was well made and easy to set up with the enclosed instructions. The mechanisms of the umbrella operated smoothly and easily opened up the umbrella. After adding the required sandbags to the umbrella base, it has stayed in place even on windy days. It gives a lot of shade where we needed it on our patio.

It’s beautiful it fully covers the table. The base is huge wish it was a tad bit smaller. My table does not have a hole for the umbrella to be centered.

It’s sturdy and covers a large area which was just right for what we needed. The crank mechanism works nicely but the fabric is thinner than I would have liked which probably helps the plants in its shade live. It made it through the summer so we’ll see what the lifespan will be.

Package arrived timely. The base is made of plastic parts. The umbrella is not steady and it easily blows (left to right). It creaks when it sways around. The two of the poles in the umbrella fall out when I close it, every time, same two poles. Probably what I should have expected at the price point.

My umbrella and stand was a nightmare. I was missing 3 parts to the base. When I called to tell them after several phone calls, the conclusion was that I would be refunded my money. Then after 1-2 days they changed their minds. So I called my credit card company and had them refuse to pay for it. The reason for the refusal by Wal-Mart was that all parts were there! They were not! I had a handyman there to help me. Service was extremely poor.

I only gave the product one star as I am unable to move ahead with a review without rating it. On June 25th I sent a message notifying the seller that after two months of purchasing the product there is a tear in the fabric. Per the email it states someone would contact me in 48 hours. I’m still waiting for a reply. Currently now I’m faced with 3 poles that keep on coming off for no reason. Clearly there’s an issue with the product. It’s only been two months since I purchased the product. It is unprofessional that I have yet to hear back from the seller. Careful buying this product as customer service so far is less than desirable.

Never received. My recent order was lost and never delivered. I understand issues can happen, but this occurred right before Christmas and has caused significant frustration, stress, and last-minute expense on my end to replace the item. I hope this is made right. 😢

this umbrella was ridiculous it's extremely heavy to try to put together very awkward and the poles once you crank up the umbrella do not stay in the little slots to hold the fabric nice and stiff and straight it kept on blowing out of the holes it did not serve the purpose I was looking for and it definitely didn't provide the shade that I was definitely looking for
