One should always shop for what they want to buy. Then when it comes the shopper should be happy.

I bought it as a gift for my son=in-law. I was pleased with it since it is sometimes difficult to buy something sight unseen. My son-in-law liked it so that is what is important. It was everything I had hoped for. He will give it the final approval when he wears it next summer.

I really like the coverage in the back and how it covers me ears. The only part I did not like is the bill to shade the face needs to be a little bigger.

The neck flap seems flimsy - it's polyester - but it seems to work as promised. I cut grass for 3 hours wearing it, and it did control sun exposure.

Good enough, simply constructed quality but the length of the neck flap is too long and rests on shoulders. Would do well for optimal neck coverage to block sun.

Personally, I did not like hat. Not enough neck coverage and did not like the material hat is made of, way too big for me and looked more like a men's hat than a women's hat. I wanted to return the hat for a refund. This is where the fun started. Looked on the Walmart website and found out how to return the hat...followed procedure and printed my store return receipt with barcode. Packed hat in original packaging with all tags remaining on the product and headed to near by Walmart. First employee I spoke to at the pickup counter what not sure how to proceed...told him I needed a label in order to return hat. He said, that was not the way to proceed. He told me, just unpack the product, bring your receipt and go to returns for a credit. Went home, printed my receipt and returned to store. Went to return counter, employee still did not know how to proceed...told me: look on website and they will explain how to proceed. Told her I had already done all that and all I needed was a “label”, again she did not know what the label was. Long story short...the problem is with Walmart...not the original seller. So will keep the hat and give to Goodwill...impossible for me to wear. Have bought a few items from Walmart's website and never had a problem...until this first time that I try to return an item.
