Have taken this product a lot in the past. And started taking it again this fall. It has always helped me significantly with digestive/bowel problems, I seem to have IBS-D, and is working great again. (Even though I'm only taking 5 tablets instead of the recommended 10/day). I totally trust this company. Much better than resorting to taking any pharmacuetical drugs. as I get a lot of health benefit from this as well, as helping my bowel problem. A very good product. Great for keeping up energy levels. Would advise to start with a lower dose than advised on package if you've never taken a similar product before, as there could be a slight laxative effect in the beginning. However, your body should adjust quickly.

After trying some other chlorella products I am convinced this is the best. I use it for the detoxifying effects and I am pleased. The tablets are tiny enough that taking 15 is not a problem. The size makes it easy. There is no taste with this superfood so there's no need to drink juice with it. Definitely recommend this.
