AWESOME TOOL TO HAVE AND SO EASY TO USE! I let my husband handle it first, he did a fine job...but I wanted to try it...and I believe I thought it required more pressure, because your cutting logs of wood...but I got the chain stuck in the tree. Patiently, it was removed, but I had to stop chopping while learning how to unblock it.

I have just been able to use this Pole Saw. I am very surprised how well it works. Balance is very,very good. My 2 and 3 1/2 inch cuts were very nice. Once completed I cut the species up quickly. I would deffentily recommend this product. Light enough for this 72 yr. old to handle it without any problems.

I ordered this online after my husband's regular chainsaw wouldn't work. We needed to trim the tree in our front yard and I really didn't want him to be using a ladder to accomplish this task. I purchased it and upon arrival it sat in the box for about two days and then it was opened. We followed the instructions and began our task of trimming our tree. My husband was so impressed with the ease and just how well it trimmed the branches that we needed. We received complaints on how nice the tree looks. I will definitely recommending this for tree trimming and reaching those hard places that require a ladder. Off to the back yard we are going!!!

This is a great little chainsaw to tackle jobs that are too large for manual clippers, but is not robust enough for large heavy trees/bushes. I originally purchased this to clean up the smaller branches of my trees out front and it's done a pretty great job. The assembly was easy enough for a 17 year old to accomplish.

In all fairness I have not used this extendable electric chainsaw yet. I'm waiting for cooler weather when my ambition always catches up to all the pruning I have to do. I will say I'm surprised how small the battery is and how heavy the estimated 7 pounds feels in the hand holding the saw. I'll revisit this review probably in late September after I use the saw.
