This pressure washer is fantastic to wash my truck in the winter months in between regular car washes.. It uses only a bucket of water when my regular hose bid is turned off for the winter .
The Sun Joe cordless power cleaner kit is perfect for light duty cleaning. The kit comes with everything you need and although the battery life is average; if you have other Sun Joe products the batteries can be shared so you'll never have battery run time anxiety.
My garden spigot was damaged in wintet freezing. So I use this sprayer to wash my bike in the drive way, with a full bucket of water. It does not have the pressure as high as power washer, so you will still need to phsically wipe down the clinging dirt. But for my usage, it is good enough and more importly as a replacement of garden spigot and hose.
so far used it 1x to wash the house. was able to spry the solution to wash the house then use water to washed it off. did charge the battery overnight before use the next day. just before the battery went dead need to recharge i was able to complete the job. when it is fully charged i was able to used between 20-25min. with spray on high. the power or psi is just right for what i need, not too strong it will rip the paint off or too weak to wash it off the dirt after spray with the solution. basic car wash ok but if you really want to get really dirty stuff or sticky stuff off the car it might not work to will compare to a diy car wash spray. will try the tool again next summer or spring....hope it will work then.
Seems sturdy, great price, arrived on time Clearly labeled nozzle with lots of spray options Good accessories, battery life seems good—washed an suv and had 1/3 left. had some soap in it from factory testing (but seemed sealed new) Would use for small-medium jobs when i dont want to take out larger pressure washer. charger works just fine
I ordered this in December at a GREAT price. I've only used it once on an unseasonably warm day and it worked great. Will be nice for all those smaller jobs so don't need to drag out pressure washer and hook to faucet and electricity. Definitely worth the price I paid!
I live in Montana, and we recently started salting the roads here because new residents don't like gravel - since they did it 'better' in their previous state. anyway, salt is awful for cars, so I like to wash them after every winter drive - this SunJoe is suitable for that, but not as powerful as the ad would have you believe. It's good - just have it suction out of a 5 gal bucket and do the job. I just wish it had a bit more power, but it's good enough.
Good deal, useful for shower/grout tile cleanup. Just put the intake hose into a nearby toilet take for easy/automatic water supply for the cleaning. Comes with a hose bib connector, but I'd use an electric one for bigger outdoor jobs. Comes with 2A battery that runs about 15-20min when new. Upgrading battery would be more expensive than the entire device.
Battery life was lacking when it comes to deep cleaning but it worked wonders in degreasing several old pickup engine bays. I am going to pickup an extra battery and it'll be nearly perfect. This is NOT equal to a plug in or gas powered pressure washer but also costs a fraction of the price.
Overall, the pressure was not what I expected. You are better off with a Ryobi because it has better pressure, and the battery does not drain out so quickly. I question the material and electronics used for this because of the pressure and the ability to spray with any force when needed. The grip and switch would get stuck and be deemed pretty useless. For those who used it and had some positive experiences, I would not say the same things the second time. It could be a fantastic product if the battery were better overall. Honestly, I only used it twice with some disappointment. I am sticking to my Ryobi one sprayer.
