Works great, cuts good, extension saves climbing into trees, all around great tool to have if you have trees in your yard that need trimming periodicaly.

A little heavy, but thought it might be when extended. But is lighter than a lot of others and was powerful enough to do the job. Wasn't nearly as dangerous as the precautions in the instructions led me to believe. I am used to a chain saw and this is the perfect mate for it. Bartamus

Saw cuts great. sturdy chain stays on and sharp. Just right length and adjustable. For 75$ is extremely affordable and does its job well. Not as messy as gas powered pole saw. Nature of the beast When cutting overhead you get wood chips in your face and eyes. Power cord gets covered up by brush.

I PURCHASED THIS BAR SAW FOR TRIMMING MY SUGAR MAPLE . IT WAS GETTING INTO THE POWER LINES. WHAT I LOVED ABOUT THIS LITTLE SAW IS HOW FAR IT WOULD REACH INTO THE TREE. I CUT LIMBS ABOUT 8 INCHES ACROSS. IT ISN'T LIKE OUR STHIL SAWS. NOT AS HEAVY AS THE GAS SAWS. BUT, FOR ELECTRIC SAW. IT WAS A TOTAL SURPRIZE. THE TREES LOOK GREAT. WHEN MY HUSBAND CAME HOME FROM WORK. HE WAS SHOCKED THAT I HAD GOT THAT DONE

This saw is a tad heavy when fully extended as other reviewers have noted, but the powerful little motor at the business end of this thing is the obvious reason and it works like a charm. It paid for itself first time out compared with what I would have paid a pro to cut back some lower limbs on my magnolia tree. I could not be more pleased with the power this saw packs!

Impressive little machine. Let the weight of the saw do the work; don't force it. Keep the chain pretty tight and check it frequently. At some point the chain will come off. You can have it back on in a little over a minute. It does start feeling heavy after awhile. I used an old saw horse under the limbs I was cutting so I could lower the saw onto the sawhorse after a cut. I am 70 years old and trimmed branches 12 feet off the ground. Use an appropriate rated extension cord. Please read all the directions and safety information first. There are good tips in there.

It's easy and safe to use , having the blade away from your hands and face fells better ,always starts never needs gas , it's so quiet your neighbor won't hear you in his yard cutting down whatever it is that's bugging you .

The chainsaw work great, when retracted of elongated. Cuts branches with no problem. I stored it standing up overnight and found all the oil leaked out and all over the handes and my garage floor. Checked the cap and it was tight. I not sure what I'll do now. Nice and light, with power to spare, but leaks like a sieve.

We've just had the saw for two days. My husband used it first and was pleased with how easily it cut through a high tree limb. I used it today to trim our Bradford pears. I was really getting into it! The only drawback was that it would heat up quickly and then not run until it cooled. But that gave me time to haul the branches to the burning pile. I think if I were to extend it, it would be too heavy for me; however my husband didn't have a problem. All in all, we're extremely pleased.
