The multiple heat settings are a huge plus because you can adjust it to what you need. I was able to adjust it up and down as needed and pain level. It also has an automatic shut off which I love since I tend to use it while laying down to sleep. I really appreciate that it comes with a strap to hold in place, which makes it easy to wear while resting and helps to not have to keep readjusting. It heats up super fast, stays warm, and provides consistent relief. This has honestly become a must-have during my cycle. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with painful cramps.

My girlfriend loves using this when it’s her girl time and I really like to use it on my back. It even has pockets. It heats up fast and has different modes. Definitely recommend this.

This is the best heating pad I’ve had - it heats quickly, stays quite hot without feeling too hot, is a great size (quite large but also compact), and it has pockets! I love that this heating pad attaches to the body so I don’t have to hold it against me the entire time. On top of that, I can put the heating pad on my back as well and lean up against a chair or the couch. It heats up quickly and I like that there are several temperature settings. I also like the soft, velvety fabric so it doesn’t crunch and crinkle and feel like plastic. This has been such a relief for both me and my daughters! Completely worth it and far better than a typical heating pad.

It heats up quick, the pad is soft and comfortable to wear, and the cord is plenty long to be able to use it on the couch or in bed. It's fairly lightweight and the cable is even removable so you can wash the pad separately. It's really easy to use, with just a simple remote attached that lets you click a single button to cycle from warm to hot settings and back to off. There is a long velcro strap that lets you attach keep it snugly attached. It's overall a really simple heating pad but it works well, and I'd definitely recommend. When I accepted the product to review it was simply marketed as a belt style heating pad, useful for back and muscle pain, but the box does specifically say it's a menstrual cramp heating pad. I am a man so I unfortunately can't speak to how well it works for that application, but assuming you just need heat it will work really well.

The pad wraps around you like a pouch on a seatbelt so you can adjust to have it as loose or as tight as you desire. The material is soft and is clearly marked for body side. The heating dial is easy to read and ranges from warm to high. It is corded which can inhibit your mobility or positioning but the cord is a decent length. I would love if there were a rechargeable USB option so you could move around more freely

I assume the wrap is designed so you can wear it standing or sitting at a desk, but for me, I would probably just be laying. Honestly, the limitation to this is that it’s not very flexible and since it’s too big for my width, I cant put it under a shirt or tuck it into pants. It would definitely be noticeable. It barely fits between my hips and my chest as is. My cat did lay on it on me for a while and she loved it. I think I’d rather just get a normal heating pad that is multipurpose.

Worked great the first few times I used it and I loved the heat, but now there seems to be no difference between the heat on the warm, low, medium and high settings - heat comes out high on all of them. Controller has only one button and cycles through all heat settings and on and off with that one button, so I suspect the issue is in the controller. Will likely return as this feels unsafe and I fear the controller will stop working altogether. Too bad as this was stellar initially.
