It covers the entire belly area it’s no assembly needed and it performs as it should and not noisy at all. I recommend this to anyone needing relief.

I keep one behind the couch at all times to grab easily in the evenings and this has quickly replaced my other heating pad. I LOVE the strap feature so it always stays snug and warm no matter what position you are in. I’m currently pregnant so I can’t use it for menstrual cramps but I use it on my upper back every single night. I can sit and it doesn’t fall down. It’s seriously incredible.

This heating pad is not playing around. I can't put it on the highest setting unless I have multiple layers on, which is nice since I'm always in hoodies and sweats.

I’ve been using the Sunbeam Menstrual Cramp Relief Heating Pad and honestly I love it. I’ve never liked the hot water heating pads, they’re messy and can be dangerous if the water is too hot or leaks. That’s always made me nervous. This one is so much better. It heats up super fast and gives steady, comforting heat without any hassle. I actually get my period twice a month, so this is something i use quite often, and its been a lifesaver for frequent cramps. Its easy, safe and effective and its definitely become a must have for me. I wouldn’t go back to the old style hot water pads.

The pad is very soft like blanket material. It doesn’t weigh as much. You can wrap it around your waist or just have it on your cramping area if you’re not feeling the strap that day. Wear it while you’re watching your favorite show or movie and relax !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't do much for my cramps. Usually some over-the-counter pain relief meds and a heated blanket, if any, is what usually helps me. So I was excited to try this out and see if this could be added to my repertoire. This works amazingly well!! I set the 2 hour timer to medium heat (then low once it felt a bit too warm), and it was just what my abdomen needed! It really helps having the Velcro belt to keep everything in place. Also, everyone loves pockets!!! And these added pockets to this belt to also keep my hands warm, especially during the colder months, is a lifesaver!! I also recommend absolutely wearing a shirt before placing this belt on. Mainly because this does heat up very well and you might get burned, if any. But overall, this is an excellent addition to my time of the month prep kit, haha! It's perfect!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this heating pad for providing comforting heat for cramps or back pain. The stretchy Velcro bands ensure a snug fit. I especially enjoy the place for my hands with the soft fabric as they are always cold. I deducted a star because the levels are a bit finicky. The low is a bit too low but the medium is way too hot instead of being warm.

Can be used on the abdomen or back depending on where my pain is. Its larger than expected and covers a good sized area of my body. Would be perfect if it was battery powered and I could walk around. Otherwise the cord is long and I can lounge around while using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works like a mini of mini electric blanket, it has function to control levels of heat, that's a good thing. I like it. However I think it would work the best if you wear it directly inside your top and pant to get your tummy touch directly the heat pad. I wore it outside my clothes, so I just feel warm, but change it inside then it's good. It's even better if you lay down and wear it. Need to try.

Worked great the first few times I used it and I loved the heat, but now there seems to be no difference between the heat on the warm, low, medium and high settings - heat comes out high on all of them. Controller has only one button and cycles through all heat settings and on and off with that one button, so I suspect the issue is in the controller. Will likely return as this feels unsafe and I fear the controller will stop working altogether. Too bad as this was stellar initially.
