This blanket heats up super fast AND mantains temperature really well! There are 4 levels of heat and a 4 hour automatic shut off, which is nice to have. I like to turn it on right when I go to sleep and it doesn't burn me alive in the middle of the night lol.

This blanket is great. Very soft and heats up quickly. Once warm, the heat is consistent. Also withstands being washed and dried. The other day my cat knocked a cup of hot chocolate off the end table onto the blanket, so i had to wash it. I disconnected the power cord as instructed by manufacturer and washed/dried as instructed. Plugged it back in later that day, and it worked perfectly!!

I truly love these blankets. I have purchased three so far due to my new home having so so heating especially upstairs where my two daughters sleep. It helps them to stay warm even on the coldest of nights. This one happens to be mine however I purchased to fool covers for my daughters and they love them just as much as I do! i'm just happy that they fully delivered and even in areas where I really could care less about for instance the softness I did not expect for them to be so cozy and comfy and fluffy! It's not a lot of material, but it is very soft to the touch and the heat actually makes me get so hot. I have to turn it off sometimes even on the first setting my daughter sleep through the night nice and warm I'm renting so I wouldn't put money into the central heating, but I will buy more of these covers for guests that sleepover!!!

The throw is very soft and a good size. The plug seems cheap so I don't feel comfortable with it being plugged in. It takes a while to get warmed up. Im going to return.

I would not recommend this blanket. The heat setting controller is poorly designed and quite difficult to remove for washing. The heat level button is very sensitive so Im constantly having to change it back anytime I move or cat/dog/kids cuddle up. Suddenly we went from level 1 to 4 (ouch!!) Im going to look for blanket with dial type controller rather than push button.

The control on this blanket is placed right up against the blanket rather than further down the cord. If you fall asleep and move your feet at all, it will turn up the heat and it gets very hot. Honestly its a poor design. They should change it.

I'm very disappointed, after one night, it quit working. I have no source of heat. all I have is a small space heater and very low on funds and the electric blanket was going to be my other source of heat. it only worked one night and last night it was 16 degrees and I nearly froze to death. so only working one night and low on funds to purchase another one, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The blanket is pretty and cozy. It's soft and you can feel the wires but not in an obnoxious way. The cord placement is weird but doesn't really bother me. The problem with mine is that only the top half actually works and gets warm. The bottom half just doesn't work at all. No heat at all. If the full blanket got warm, I would love the blanket. It's a great size too. But it defeats the whole purpose if half of it doesn't work.

I've had this blanket for less than a week and well, it's soft. It does not keep me warm.. It worked great for the first day and now yes it heats up with even on max heat does not warm me up.. I had bought this brand a few years ago and had a similar experience, but thought I would try it again. It's definitely softer. Maybe I just got a faulty one.
