the cord plug to heating strip is a bit large but figured out how to wear it comfortably. Quality seems to be good. ive used it at least every other day for the month ive had it. Rarely do i put it on setting three. when wrapping i found its best to leave a half inch between wraps so that the heating strips heats evenly. Heats up much like an iven, ince it reaches temperature, fairly quickly, it allows heating strip to cool several degrees before it heats again. i will be buying a second one this coming month so i can ease pain in both wrists at the same time. i bought it on Walmart App and purchased service plan ..just in case. I was a Mercedes Benz Technician and know that even new products can have problems but my heating strip performs as expected
I have severe tendonitis in my elbow and it felt better after using this. I was surprised that about 2 days later, I did not feel nearly as much pain in my arm as before using this. It has velcro on both ends so you can wrap it and secure it easily around joints or other areas normal heat pads can't be applied well.
I live this wrap to go around areas hard to wrap around. Its nice to have a useful wrap reach those areas.
I have lupus and get aches and pains. It's nice to be able to put therapeutic heat wherever you want.
It has helped heats up quickly and stays in place. I tried on shoulder area it is difficult to keep it in place. I wish that you could move around freely with it on, the heat part of it.
I use This for my arms but have a hard time wrapping it around I need help to get it right
When you wrap it around arm or leg plug is in the way and kind of uncomfortable.
Like the concept....the whole thing just doesn't get very warm. But, this will be individual and some people may think it's fine.
Returned. Not what it's cracked up to be. It was cumbersome for me to use. I was unable to unplug the cord from the unit in order to move about the room when I needed to. I had to totally unwrap it. I returned it. Very disappointed.
