not too hot, heavy enough to stay in place, helps with my arthritis pain!

I purchased this for my mom for Christmas. She absolutely loves this blanket. It's soft and light weight which is something she really loves. She plans on buying more for her other beds. I will be buying another one of these when my old blanket wears out.

Long review but worth reading. So far so good. Material could be better. I have had several Sunbeam heated blankets and heated throws. I have always had issues with the controls not working within a couple months of purchase. Please save your package and/or receipt so that if you have issues, you can take the product back. I think Sunbeam finally has it figured out. The last blanket I purchased from them quit working within the first 2 months. The lights on the control would just flash and the blanket would not heat. When I talked to Sunbeam, they told me that the blanket cannot be plugged into an extension cord, outlet extender, or power strip. I then followed their reset instructions and plugged the blanket directly into the wall outlet and it is working thus far.

Controller does work as labeled. Low heat is high. %232 heat is barely on.
