I love my new heating pad! For someone who is always colder than the rest of the family, this is the perfect solution. I keep it in my lap while watching TV or working on the computer and also sleep with it at night. It is very soft and warm. Great purchase!

HOWEVER...i was hoping that it would be a larger square shape, while in actuality, it is a longer, rectangular shape. I have fibomyalgia, and was hoping to heat my upper and lower back...which i can, if i have it placed in a vertical position. Not so much if i have it placed horizontally under me. But overall, it's still a good buy, and it's ultra soft!

I really like this heating pad. It is comfortable, flexible, and washable. Two of the best features are the fact that there are no vinyl parts that can accidentally burn your skin, and it is cozy even when it has automatically turned itself off. It is the best heating pad we have ever owned. Therefore, I am buying another one.

I LOVE MY NEW HEATING PAD. NO!!!! HOT SPOTS SO FAR AS WITH THE OTHER ONES. I HAVE HAD HEADACHES WITH THE FLIMSY PLASTIC AND A EQUALLY FLIMSY COVER. THE OLD ONES I HAD, WOULD TWIST UP AND THIS NEW ONE HAS NOT DONE THIS AT ALL. BUY IT AND TRY IT AS I HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES WITH THIS NEW HEATING PAD. THE PLUG IN CORD IS ALOT BETTER ON THE NEW ONE. I HAVE VERY THIN SKIN AND THE SHARP PLACE WITH WHERE THE PLACTIC WENT INTO THE PLACTIC HEATING PAD WAS CONTINUOUSLY PUCTURING MY SKIN.

Excellent product, love the plush feeling cover, much more comfortable and it nearly wraps around my low back. much improved than one i had for many years. An excellent pad and I recommend it

I've had back problems for years and have used many different brands of heating pads. This particular one in the Sunbeam line is the best. It's one of the cheaper ones but I find it's just as good as the more expensive ones. It's reliable. The 2-hour switch off works which is definitely a good safety feature. I don't know of any negatives. I'm very pleased.

A few years ago I bought one of these in the drug store. I loved it so much, but could never find another one. I was really happy to be able to get it directly. It is soft, doesn't get too hot and the size is perfect for wrapping around your back.

The instructions that came with this states that you may not lay on or lean against the pad. You can only lay it on top of the area you want to use it on. Thia is a considerable restriction. This information should be revealed to those wanting to purchase the pad. It should also be displayed on the box where potential purchasers can read it.

I loved Sunbeam heating pads, they were the best. After mine quit working they had this one, suppose to be like the one I had just a different outside material, was suppose to be so soft! Not at all impressed, the cover flips up, the heat is not regulated good at all! I am saddened to say that I will search for the original one of this model.

These heating pads operate great when they are new. The only problem is the hand controller goes on the fritz after only a few times being used. We have had this hqppen twice recently. There is a flaw in the design or workmanship of the controller that needs attention. I would not buy one again until they come up with a more reliable controller.
