Best ice pack I ever used, and I'm not young. It stays on, conforms to your joint, and it stays cold. They say not to keep ice on for more than 20 minutes so as not to cut off too much blood flow. This one stays cold the entire 20 minutes, others are too thin to stay cold. Fits my 16” knee very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a really nice knee wrap.what i like is it gives you hot and cold therapy.it has a gel pack that is microwaveable and freezable.the wrap fastens with velcro so it stays in place and fastens securely.if it gets dirty it is machine washable.

I like that it can be used for either temperature range, depending on what you need. Very comfortable to wear. It is machine washable too.

I needed to ice my knee for swelling and pain and this did the job. Helped me recover more quickly. The fit was great, and it was not uncomfortable to wear and even move around in.

My son just started track and runs the hurdles and he's knees are bruises and bump so he is able to use the heat portion. And then use cold the pad conforms to his knees perfect. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is lookIng for versatile heat/cold therapy. It's great for runners and people who knees hurt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent a Sunbeam Hot + Cold Therapy Knee Wrap to test out and review. I suffer with a bad knee and thought this would be great. I love the fact that it provides both hot and cold options in one product. I also love the Sunbeam name brand and have used their products for years. I tested out both hot and cold options but I have to say that I feel the product material itself it a tad too thick, as I barely felt either. I also thought there would be different insert for both but there is only one. I think it would get warped and/or end up leaking over time from going from hot to cold all the time but have yet to experience either. I will continue to try it out and make a better determination over more time. I would recommend this for those needing simple, inexpensive relief but with my above thoughts.
