I took a chance and paid a little more for this blanket. and Im glad I did. It works with our Amazon Alexa, and we can turn it on from our living room so it will preheat before bedtime. It heats up much faster than our previous heated blankets and maintains the heat consistently. The blanket itself is soft and feels nice. Very good quality.

So far, the blanket is great. I like that it can be programmed to come on at a certain time, but also be controlled by your phone. Very plush / soft. Gets plenty warm. We use it on level 4. Hope to get many years of use out of it

Great buy

crap blanket and cralpier customer service
I bought this blanket on September 27th, it was delivered on October 4th. by November 18th, it completely stopped working. and it's after the return window now, so I can't return it, and I spent a lot of money on this stupid blanket and it doesn't even work. also, the warranty and the extended warranty that I paid for are nothing but a hassle. I had to be transferred eight times, call five different numbers, and nobody has yet to help me. nobody knows what they're doing, this is a mess. that is the main reason why I am no longer a Walmart plus member, and that is the reason why I will never buy anything online from Walmart again. 100% do not recommend this item. do not buy it.
