Blinking control lights and stopped working

Liz66 March 27, 2021

Have had for less than a year and infrequent usage yet still wound up with what I see is a common result. Blinking setting lights even after unplugging/plugging in again. Sigh. obviously a design issue. Maybe they can call it a disposable heating pad and charge less? Plus when it did heat up, it would get really hot, then cool down significantly and I'd have to eventually turn it on high. Not a great product.

Stops working, defective and cheap

Globbsy March 6, 2021

Unit stops working and when I try to plug and replug all the connections, nothing happens. I'm so tired of having to keep buying cheap products that don't last because companies can't be bothered to actually make quality products anymore.

Don't waste your money

JMB54 January 7, 2021

I bought both the XpressHeat King size and the XpressHeat regular size. They barely heat even on the highest setting. They both are made of a very stiff cardboard-like material. I do like the soft covers. However I cannot recommend these heating pads. I have always purchased Sunbeam and have been very pleased. No more.

Does not last.

Flashing light which means it is dead after only a few months of use.

Breaks after a few months

Avb12 February 21, 2021

I bought this and the smaller version about a year ago. The smaller one broke within 3 months and this one just stopped working. It just blinks when you plug it in and doesn't do anything yet no matter what plug you use.

Stops working

AnT2010 October 16, 2021

I have had this heating pad a couple months and I've had the same problem the rest of the reviewers on here have had, it shorts out and stops working. Even when unplugged and plugged back in, after a couple minutes the same thing happens. Don't waste your money.

Its great.....until it stops working.

Polangie September 5, 2021

I have severe arthritis in my feet and my heating pad after a long day on my feet helps to keep things manageable. I plugged it in last night and got the blinking red light. Usually I just unplug it, wait a few minutes and plug it back in..... not this time :( I've unplugged it from the wall, and the pad from the cord. Made sure all connections were tight..... and still, just the red flashing light. I came here hoping for suggestions and found alot of reviews saying the same thing happened to them....

Heats for 5 minutes then stops

jen1019 August 4, 2021

I bought this for postpartum use, and it is the worst heating pad I've ever had. It'll heat for about 5 minutes, then it starts blinking red, and I have to unplug and replug it in to get it to heat up again. Not convenient at all. It's a piece of junk.

New pad. Already is flashing F. Does not work!

PollyEsther70 March 7, 2021

Bought a new pad because my last one gave as did the ones we bought before that. Definitely gonna look for a different brand. Too expensive to replace so frequently! I took the brand new one out of the box plugged it in and got that F code! Tried getting it to work several times and nothing. Won't buy this brand again.
