Sunbeam LoftTec Heated Throw Blanket Foot Pocket 3 Heat Settings 3-Hour Auto Off 50"x60"

Initially I was put off by the texture of the LofTec fabric because I was not able to tell from the pictures on my phone that it is fleece rather than velour fabric of my past Sunbeam throws but the softness of the LofTec fabric won me over along with the simplified handset with only three temperatures and auto-off in three hours. Bought two and will keep both.

I have neuropathy in my feet and when cold they feel like they are on fire and very painful the foot pocket in 5his electric throw eliminates that

I bought this heated throw blanket for my husband and he loves it. He can use it on the couch or sitting in the kitchen, and in bed. Great value for the price.

a very good throw. tis a bit short! as the end is folded under %26 sewn to make a foot pocket. so if your above 5,6” like me, you need a bigger size. im just able to use this to settle into bed then unplug for overnight use in the winter. really helps achy joins. my skin hurts its so cold out, but this blanket helps %26 i only like this brand, whereas im normally an off-brand person. they work very well %26 my last sunbeam wool blanket lasted me forever. this one is worlds softer.

Rating of 4 instead of 5 due to location of plug in on blanket. Would be much more practical if it were on one side or the other. Instead, design has it in the middle of of foot pocket. Watch out when you go to get up so a leg does not get tangled up in cord. Will say the blanket is very soft and not thin or flimsy. Love the feet pocket.

Sheds. You can feel the heating elements running throughout the throw too much(fabric covering is too thin for the elements). So much that its a little unnerving. Must make sure you dont accidentally throw the throw over top of where the cord plugs into the throw. I did and within 15 minutes that area and the control pad was really hot...red light was blinking on control. However, the angle I picked up from I didnt see light until after i felt the heat. I immediately unplugged it. I live alone and have some mobility issues or i would send it back.

I would have given a 5-star rating if the control cords were longer and not so stiff. The controller is attached to the lower end of the throw closer to the heated foot pockets (those are great) rather than the upper end where it could be easily reached and operated.

Not the best purchase I've made. The controls are attached at the base of the throw, which makes them difficult to find and adjust when being used. The material attracts every bit of dust, lint, and Pet hair in my house. It's very soft, but difficult to use and will need frequent cleaning. It did not come with use instructions and it is still unclear to me whether it turns itself off automatically and at what time interval.

I loved this product, it was purchased in February 2025. I have health issues and need to warm up my limbs occasionally. It is June 2025 and I am in excruciating pain and was excited when I remembered that I had this electric blanket. I went to plug it in and the darn light just blinks and I try pressing the button to switch it on but is no longer working. Turned out to be an expensive blanket for only 2 uses prom date of purchase. Hurting and disappointed! The cord is still curled from newness as shown in photo.

I bought this blanket only in May, it is currently November, and it has already broken. Nothing happened, just one day the remote started blinking red and never warmed up again. I would only use it for a couple of hours at night, I never had it on longer than that. The cord is WAY too short, and makes it uncomfortable to sit with, the remote is in the middle of the cord and slams on the floor every time you move. It is also thin, and you can feel all the wires in it. Overall, this is a cheap product with no longevity.
