So impressed with this one

Lathequeenncva November 2, 2020

Much nicer then electric blankets of the past. Remember when electric blankets back in the day? They were itchy and all. Not this one. This one is plush, soft and it feels nice when the blanket is on and off. Worth the investment if you're looking for an electric blanket.

Need a reciept for my on line purchase

Ellen January 13, 2021

The item was ordered on line and delivered but I never got a receipt for my purchase. How can I get a receipt? Got it the next day but there was no invoice in the box. Item works but the controller has no light to tell you what number it is on. Just a light to show on or off. Temperature is unpredictable. Otherwise it works fine. Thank you.

Fair

SRVrocks March 6, 2021

It's satisfactory - but I feel I overpaid for what I got. Selection was limited in February when I bought it. It's thin but that means you can feel the wires a little more than I'd like. On the plus side Delivery was superfast and the controls are easier to navigate than previous blankets I've bought.

U get what u pay for...

Pam December 31, 2021

Ordered 2 blankets - first off, not like they used to be. Thinnest material possible tho very soft (like velour) but not an actual blanket per se. Of the 2, one has worked consistently while the other just died (blinks so can't turn on, only way is to disconnect from wall, plug back in

Sunbeam electric blanket does not heat.

Laura March 15, 2022

Bought off Walmart. com. Blanket has a heating control of 10 being the hotest. When I put mine on 10 the temperature feels like its a 2 or 3. I have to use a heating pad on top to get the desired temperature. It did this the first week after I received it. I threw away the box so I couldn't return it. the material is very nice and soft and the color is a pretty gray but it is defective. I would love a replacement if possible.

Broken after a week

Tammy January 29, 2021

Purchased 2nd one for my mom since Christmas. Neither worked for more than a week. Would quit working in the night and light on controller would start blinking. Had to unplug and replug to get it to start back working, but would happen again within a few hours. Will be returning 2nd one and going with another brand.

Don't buy this electric blanket. Caught fire.

Marshall November 2, 2021

I purchased this for my wife. She was coming back from surgery. She and my youngest were sitting together watching TV with the blanket on level 3 when it caught fire. Thankfully they caught it very quickly and padded it out. There was a yellow flame. Further inspection indicates there was a break in the insulation for the heating element and it ignited the blanket cloth. I'm very disappointed with this. I will attempt to return although I no longer have the receipt or box.

Faulty product (not reliable)

Kyle September 3, 2021

This is the 4th sunbeam we have bought in the past 2 years about a week in therecare always defects that arise. Only half the blanket will heat or the thermostats will barely heat even on high or the piece of junk won't heat at all Take ur pick they have all happened to us

Mine was a dud. Returned it.

cinderella October 24, 2020

I bought the full size and returned it. It barely got warm. Right out of the box I plugged it in and left it on high for a couple of hours. Checked to see how warm it was and there was no noticeable warmth, none. I held my finger to one of the wires in the blanket and after about 30 seconds I could feel the slightest temperature difference directly on the wire. Mine was a dud so I returned it.
