One problem
I love the on the go blanket!& Hate that there is not an offered replacement battery! If a replacement battery was able to be purchased I would give the blanket a 5 for quality and a 5 for value. Without the battery though the blanket losses it's value.

Did not work, was promised a refund I never got.
Item did not work and looked used. Walmart promised a refund prior to 90 days refund window. Told me to throw it away. I do not throw items away unless it refunded. When I get a little bit of time I will call. Same run around. I still have the item waiting to send it back. Just spent an hour on chat with a contact your financial institution. Spend thousands at Walmart and get the run around for a months. Don't know how this blanket works when it works. But the one I got did not work.
