The fleece is nice to stay warm even without the heat going, and the water resistant outer works well enough to keep you dry in normal rain conditions. It’s long enough in the back that if you sit in something wet it’s under you. It’s not super bulky. Pockets are a nice touch. Wears like a poncho liner and would work great to be used as one. Unsnaps to become a fairly good sized throw blanket.

i got this as a gift for and elderly man who stays cold. je had one that was corded in the past but that kept him tied down. but this one keeps him warm and gives him the freedom to move around. i dont know but just hearing an elderly person say that my gift has given him his freedom back warms the heart in so many ways .

If you are expecting the warmth you might get from an electric blanket, then this is not it. However, if you are like me and you travel a lot or work from home and want something to wrap around you then this is the perfect heated throw to put on. It is so roomy and comfortable and gives you the extra warmth that you need.

I love this throw. It heats up quickly and the battery charges quickly. I bought it for cold Idaho highschool football games. It is working great so far. Only down fall is there is no extra battery to buy.

My Husband needed a battery operated heated blanket to keep him warm during his dialysis treatments. I found exactly what I needed at Walmart for a reasonable price.

Tried this item out at my son’s game and it just was not worth the money. The heated coils are only in the front, it was extremely large and because of that the hood could benefit from having strings to keep the hood on. I had high expectations for this item based off an item I had before but this was just not worth another try.

I purchased two of these. Charged the powerpacks per the instructions. One blanket semi-worked (a couple of hot spots but not uniform heat throughout the blanket). The other blanket would not even turn on. Assuming it was an electrical malfunction. These blankets are bulky and not easy to carry to transport. You are not supposed to roll them or even really fold them compactly from the reviews I've read. Was hoping to use them for college football games but not dependable or easy to carry around in general. Fabric looked good. Function was not good.

This is a waste of money bc it never really gets hot. It’s the same level of heat and I wore a robe around my he house. So save your money! The wor a are clumsy and then battery pack makes this heavy. It’s a no for me!

So it’s a great idea in theory but honestly it doesn’t get very warm at all. I have a $15 heating pad that works better. The battery is only good for 2 hours on high heat which is what you have to use to feel any warmth at all. You can’t charge and use the heat function at the same time. Big disappointment.

The term "blanket" should not be used in the description. This product only heats in 3 certain areas that are very centralized, forming maybe a Mickey Mouse-head-shape in the middle. As a blanket, its entirely useless. Planning to return for sure. Even as a poncho, I would not have paid 70 bucks for it.
