i had looked around, and for the price i really like this. included a charger for the battery packs, which is usb-c but not like a standard one (others fit but if i remember, didn't charge properly? it's been a few months ). i used it for a January Green Bay football game and it was invaluable.
I love this throw. It heats up quickly and the battery charges quickly. I bought it for cold Idaho highschool football games. It is working great so far. Only down fall is there is no extra battery to buy.
I brought two throw one for sister cause she stay cold !! It didn't stay wags like it said it does! So unhappy with the item!! Would like a refund of 130.80!! Back to my account!!! Does it need to be in the same box it came in !!! Sister looks just like mine!!
It is soft and comfortable, but to stay warm it needs to be turned up to high while walking around to compensate for heat loss via the open parts of the blanket and then the battery runs out within two hours. Also, since it drapes over the body very loosely like a blanket with a head hole cut out in the middle there's nothing to keep the sides beneath the arms closed. It'd be better if it had snaps to attach those sides together to hold the heat in while walking around, since the reason it's useful is that it's cordless and allows me to walk around while wearing it. So it's not worth the amount of money this costs in my opinion.
Tried this item out at my son's game and it just was not worth the money. The heated coils are only in the front, it was extremely large and because of that the hood could benefit from having strings to keep the hood on. I had high expectations for this item based off an item I had before but this was just not worth another try.
I purchased two of these. Charged the powerpacks per the instructions. One blanket semi-worked (a couple of hot spots but not uniform heat throughout the blanket). The other blanket would not even turn on. Assuming it was an electrical malfunction. These blankets are bulky and not easy to carry to transport. You are not supposed to roll them or even really fold them compactly from the reviews I've read. Was hoping to use them for college football games but not dependable or easy to carry around in general. Fabric looked good. Function was not good.
I am not satisfied that I ordered two blankets, paid for two blankets, only recieved one of the two blankets, and customer service person could offer an apology and a $10 discount code, but he could not send me the missing item that I paid for nor could he refund my money
I will be getting my money back later today. If only heard a little in spots. Definitely not worth $60. I found one on Amazon bigger and suppose to heat up better for $80 so imma probably get my money back on this one and then get the other one and try it out.
They advertise that the item heats up within seconds, which is furthest from the truth. it took about an hour to heat up and only lasted 2 hours on high, so that's an hour wasted on just heating up. I'm anemic and always cold, so i was really looking foward for this blanket. I wouldn't recommend this at all.
I loved the idea of these blankets. They did not seem to stay warm very long for the life of the battery. I feel like the heat could have been more evenly spread throughout the blanket. I bought 2 different ones hoping the troubles I experienced was a fluke, but it was not.
