I prefer a heavy iron and out of the box this Sunbeam Model 32610017 was so lightweight I figured I'd have to send it back. Surprise! It heats up fast and sets a crease in denim or an iron on label in seconds. It's user friendly, has a long cord and heats up fast. Did I already say that? The steam feature works great but I seldom use steam so that's not important as long as it heats up fast. Which it does. I do a lot of quilting and crafts and often the iron shuts off between stages, but this one heats up so fast it doesn't matter. I shake it once and by the time the iron hits the fabric it's hot. I'm very pleased. I would definitely buy this iron again.

A really great iron. Easy to fill and empty water (which is just tap water, nothing fancy). The non-stick face of the iron is like ceramic and is truely non-stick. Very easy to use and it glides oveer all kinds of fabric with no starch needed. What more can you say about an iron!

My last Sunbeam iron lasted more than 25 years so I wanted another Sunbeam. This model is lightweight which is an advantage for those with arthritis in the hands.

I've been using a heavy iron w tiny little steam/spray button on top for 20 yrs. I had to use two fingers on top of each other to press the button %26 very little steam came out. This iron has the button underside of handle, it's huge, %26 sooo easy to use. It's heated up wi 5-10 seconds, %26 the iron is light weight. Love it!! price is good too.

Love the iron and the price is reasonable. It performs better than other more expensive brands. I would loveb it even more if the cord was retractable, but I am satisfied with it. It does the job.

I purchased this Sunbeam after returning the Retro Classic Black and Decker I purchased, (the water reservoir was flawed and would allow the water to drain out the bottom). I was temporarily using an old basic Sunbeam after my Rowenta gave out. The Rowenta would leak from time to time and leave a white powdery substance on clothes. I was so impressed by the old Sunbeam, but it eventually gave out, so I decided to buy a new one. This Sunbeam is larger (lengthwise) than the average iron, but it is surprisingly lightweight for the size. Excellent steam, fast heating, and a larger than average water reservoir which I love. My only complaint is that the spray button is in an awkward position, so when you push on it you tend to push on the steam button as well. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

just received this sunbeam steam iron, it is very large and heavy, I am a very small senior citizen and would not be able to use this product, I need something much smaller.

its made cheap the water sprout snaps in and iff the plastic sprout goes back and catch on gray which is geld on by one snap its bulking. dont but if you have hand issues

The only problem with this iron is that it doesn't glide easily over thin nylon-type fabrics. The whole point of an iron is glide easily to get the wrinkles out of fabrics

First time use on a Sunday and was unable to get help. Fill a cup never included with iron and could not get it to heat up leaving tomorrow in unable to get my clothes pressed before I fly out in a dilemma.
