Sunbeam Ultimate Grey Microplush Heated Blanket Twin

This blanket is very nice. I wouldn't hesitate buying this as a gift. I bought for myself. It is a twin, but fits well on my queen bed and and with all the different settings you can stay toasty and warm as you like. Highly recommend.

Love all the settings and that it stays on longer then others. Very soft and comfortable. Bought it for myself and my kids kept taking it so I had to go back and get more!

So I’d like to first debunk the bad reviews- 1. Yes, this blanket is thin!! HOWEVER, this blanket needs to be thin. It’s a heated blanket!! The heat needs to be able to get through the blanket. If it was thick, the blanket wouldn’t feel hot. 2. This blanket DOES NOT get super hot. However you have to consider the fact that it shouldn’t get “super” hot. These reviews look like people are expecting a heating pad out of these blankets. The auto turn off is 10 hours. If the auto turn off is 10 hours, you cannot have it at setting 10 for 10 hours SAFELY at maximum heat. So, them making these blankets with just right heat was a very smart thing to do. Granted, it DOES get hot. But it’s not a heating pad by any means. I’d feel 100% comfortable leaving this on all night, especially since I’m a light sleeper. So, now since we covered that spectrum, let’s talk about what I liked about this blanket, personally. First off this blanket is SUPER light weight. It feels like a cloud. I absolutely love that. It is a great destresser. Get off work and come home to this comfy blanket. I love that its machine washable considering I have two dogs. I got mine on clearance for $25, however having it, I’d have definitely paid the original price for it! I do want to point out that even if the heating part breaks, it’s still an AMAZING BLANKET. I really hope y’all like this blanket just as much as i did. Please remember if you’re not satisfied, Walmart returns are easy to make! The reviews are way too harsh for this blanket. It’s a great blanket with so much hate. If you’re deciphering whether or not you want to buy this blanket, I promise these reviews are over the top. I haven’t had a problem yet with my blanket. If you think about how you would design a heated blanket personally, then you’ll find a lot of respect in this blanket. The reviews expect this blanket to fly. Blankets can’t fly. That’s , of course, until sunbeam designs it ;)

Don't waste your money! Cheaply made, very thin material despite being promoted as "microplush." I've never in my life bought a Sunbeam electric blanket of such ridiculously poor quality! Never again! What happened to Made in America? I'd rated this zero if allowed!

I was so excited to get my first electric blanket (especially before the major cold snap). It worked great the first week, but on week 2 it barely heats and what little heat I feel is only on the bottom half of the blanket. I’m taking it back and getting my money back.

*Deep breath* What a waste of $$! Absolute junk! I bought this, regrettably, for my wife for Christmas. Only two areas of the blanket works; the small area where it plugs in and a small area on the opposite side down along the edge. Even that opposite side area that works hardly gets warm, though! You can just feel a difference than the rest of the blanket that doesn't heat at all or the small area by the plug in that gets warmest. I even tried the "high" settings. Still doesn't work better, and you can't even use the "high" setting because it's dangerous as it gets too HOT around the plug in area. It's useless. Hope that made sense. *Posted pics of the two areas that work. To sum it up, only 2 small areas work, and it's trash. Save your money.

Second time buying a sunbeam electric blanket. The first one caught on fire and this one stopped working after a week.

Second one I've bought. Have had item less than a year. Won't turn on after normal use. Will look for something else next time.
