Different throw received
So I ordered the light grey throw that's pictured and the blanket I received is actually a dark grey almost blueish color. Also the remote and 4 settings it shows in picture are completely different then what I got. What I have only has 3 heat settings. So the blanket is great but technically not what I ordered.

Soft heated blanket, individual size. Heats up quickly! Bought for myself, and my tween loves it too.

Blanket and Customer service SUCKS
I wish I could give Sunbeam customer service a negative. They do not answer emails. I received my heated throw as a xmas present. The throw never worked correctly, it never heated in most places. I have emailed Sunbeam many times in 2 months. They answered one time, said they needed more information. I emailed the all of the information theybasked for within an hour of them asking and never heard from them again. I dont know what to do. Sucks!
