I was surprised that this came in one piece as I had it delivered, so no assembly required. It's seems sturdy and is holding a 100' hose with ease. Just hook the cart to the faucet with the included small hose and hook your hose to the cart. Reels the hose with water pressure and without very easy, and reels out just as well. Easy to maneuver and stable. Doesn't take up much space and looks much better then just a pile of hose. The little holder for your nozzles is a blessing..im always mis placing mine..lol Glad I bought it, and will probably buy another for the back. Recommend buying!
We like this Suncast hosemobile because it is easy to crank and has an upper storage compartment for the accessories. We use the flex zilla hoses from Walmart. They are great because they are not so heavy makes it easier to crank up or pull out.
It is the “bees knees” to be able to wind up your hose effortlessly. The side house mount kind kept falling down due to the weight of the hoses, so this definitely fixed that problem. It was a good purchase. I wish I bought this years ago, honestly.
For the Price can’t complain I go through quite a bit of this stuff so it adds up overtime. Let me tell you. Great value. Literally ha ha I still like to pick up the can of namebrand stuff if it ever goes on sale, but this stuff is literally the exact same. IDK what the difference is between these two pictures maybe one is slightly stronger? And shows 2.5 fl oz less but who knows ha
Description of product states it will hold 175 foot of 5/8 inch standard hose. Actual package shows only 150 foot of hose. I guess you have to buy cheap hose to use this reel. I purchased 100 foot 5/8 heavy duty garden hose and it filled the reel. Otherwise it’s what I expected. It is what it is.
Ordered two, each came broken in the same spot despite extensive packaging. Obviously this is a design issue but the broken plastic doesn't interfere with the functionality. I'd like money back but it isn't worth hauling both of these to the store.
I thought I was buying a new product, but thing was covered in dirt and dust... Was is a retuned product after sitting in someone's yard? Was it sitting on a warehouse shelf collecting dust for years? Is it even a new product? I'll update when I hear something from customer support.
I ordered 2 of these Suncast hose reel carts. They arrived quickly and the boxes were intact-no damage to the boxes. However, both items were damaged. The bottom front white plastic pieces were both bent %26 cracked like something really heavy was placed on them for quite a while. It appears to be damage from the warehouse from which they came, especially since both were broken in the exact same way and the boxes were in perfect condition. I might have kept them, but they wouldn’t sit level with those pieces damaged. I returned both carts.
I thought I read a leader hose came with it. That I could live with but the fact that it only held my 50 foot hose is a problem. I will be returning.
I have not owned this cart very long and have only used it about six times. The black hose on the cart that connects to your house and busted off where it goes into the cart. There's no way to fix it.
