Lighter and Easier to Use Than the 20 Inch Version
Purchased this brand, size, and style maybe 14 years ago. Very easy on the back. Very satisfied with it and its metal strip wore out after many years of use (common with all snow shovels) but it is still usable. Replaced it with the 20 inch version (has a heavier shaft), but found it heavier even without snow and with its heaviness and larger size, it is significantly harder to push and lift. Will purchase the 18 inch version again regardless of its possible light dutiness.

Seems solid
I prefer the bent shape. This seems fine.

Quality concern
Blade cracked when I picked up at store. Only two little screws hold it on and the blade cracks when screwed on. Poor design!!!!!! Don't know how long it will last with snow. Prefer to pay more and get a good warranty and quality unit. Don't want to buy these over and over!!!!!!!!
