Best part was already assembled. Really like the basket holder, for hose nozzle, gloves, etc. When reeling the hose unit does not bounce, jump very sturdy. Would recommend to anyone. The only negative issue I have with this product is the hose connector from faucet to reel cart. The connector needs to be about 2-3 inches longer. Unless your faucet is within 6 inches of the cart, this would make anyone a perfect hose reel cart. I ordered the product and received 2 days before actual delivery date on confirmation order.

This reel is sturdy and easy to crank the handle to wind the hose. The hose connections were easy to thread and completely leak-free. They are metal so I hope this will last longer than my previous reel.

Finding out this item had a metal connection I thought of giving it a try. I am one happy customer. its a good feeling to see no leaks. Well worth it!!

It has a metal hose connection, not plastic, No leaks.....lol . I replaced my old plastic connection hose reel cart with this item. Awesome results.

Product arrived on the date indicated. Heavy duty plastic, good brass connections. No brainer on setup. Hose rolls smoothly off and on the reel with no tangles. Like the tray for extra nozzles and other attachments.

Just hooked it up, no leaks so far, winds up easily.

this hose reel on wheels seems to be better made with the aluminum hose connectors. the problem that I find with the package is that the hose that connects to the water spigot and then to the hose reel is way to short by about 2 feet at least maybe 3 feet would be a better guess. hope it lasts a few years.

Picked up order at local store. Quick and friendly service. Reel arrived in good condition. The connecting hose is an adequate length for my use. Unit works well. Construction seems adequate, better than most, but only time will tell if the unit is durable.

hosereel assy was pre assembled so that was great and the brass metal connectors was great. however: 1. The faucet connecter hose is about 3ft to short requiring an extra 4 foot hose to reach the faucet! 2. The 3 plastic washers supplied leaked requiring me to use 3 rubber washers to make leak-proof! 3. The basket supplied is about 3-4in not deep enough to adequately hold my sprinkler assy! (I would have preferred a 4-5 in shelf like the Suncast model this one replaced!) Except as noted above this model greatly exceeds the quality of your cheaper models and I would therefore highly recommend it!
