Nice weight and thickness, will be usable for starting plants for many seasons, or even keeping house plants long term. I tried some "inexpensive" plastic pots from Amazon and they were literally paper thin plastic that would never be reusable and would quickly end up in a landfill. So environmentally irresponsible and such complete and utter junk that I returned them and bought these much better quality pots from Walmart. Order-ahead, store pick-up option was quick and easy; really appreciate that, Walmart.
These planters should last a long time even outdoors and are about a dollar when purchased in the store. In constrast, dollar store pots deteriorated and faded. These are made in the USA!
These are good sturdy little planters, just the right size for growing your own herbs. They look surprisingly good for black plastic. Color options would be an improvement there. There is no drainage hole, but one can be easily drilled. And best of all, they are Made in the U.S.A.
Versatile pot, great for the price. Perfect for my tomato seedlings before moving into larger containers and great for my basil. I just used a razor to cut an X for drainage.
Perfect size to plant fresh herbs to store in my refrigerator
This is a great little pot for the price! Nice n sturdy. I do drill a drainage hole in the bottom but that takes 5 seconds. My 12yr old daughter propagates plants and uses these pots to sell her plants in and makes a nice profit. Love them.
I bought the 4-pack. They are cute little pot covers for a 4 inch pot. Do not plant anything directly in the container unless you drill drain holes. There is no drainage, so live plants won't survive due to root rot. I intend to use them decoratively with artificial plants, so it will work for me.
THESE ARE EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO REPOT MY PLANTS. THANK GOODNESS THEY ARE 6" AND CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE. BUYING POTS TO REPOT YOUR PLANTS ARE EXPENSIVE. THE REASON I'M GIVEN 4 STARS ARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO DRAINAGE HOLES. I DID USE MY NEIGHBORS DRILL AND PUT 5 HOLES IN EACH POT AND FOUND SOME TRAYS FOR THEM AT A BETTER PRICE THAN I'VE BEEN SEEING TO BE ABLE TO BUY 5 AT A $ DOLLAR A PIECE. EVEN THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. CRAZY. I GUESS IF IT CAME WITH HOLES I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID WHAT I PAID FOR THEM , BUT IT WAS WORTH IT TO BE ABLE TO PUT MY OWN DRAINAGE HOLES IN THEM. NOW I NEED A COUPLE OF 8" AND I WILL BE GOOD. IF ANYTHING I MAY NEED TO PUT MORE HOLES IN THEM , BUT ATLEAST I KNOW WHERE TO GET A DRILL. 😀
I purchased several of these pots to start some spider plant babies. They are sturdy for this purpose. Don't buy them for "looks", but for usefulness. One word of warning...you have to punch your own drainage holes in the bottom. I used a phillips head screwdriver and a hammer..lol. I'm sure there are more efficient means but that's all I had. I did ruin two pots doing this, because the bottoms split.
nice pot for the money....make a review that you are sure of because WalMart will not allow you to amend/delete it even if the manufacturer of your item will replacement it if unsatisfied and they ask you to amend/delete bad review
